This multi-level home nestled into the serene surroundings of Fraser, Colorado (the Winter Park ski area) boasts sun-soaked interiors and incredible mountain views - ideal for family and friends ski trips or unforgettable reunions. This mountain retreat sleeps 10 very comfortably in beds. With an easy drive only an hour and a half from Denver International Airport, this is the perfect mountain escape in summer and winter. And Fall is spectacular as Aspens surround the home.

Ideally located for fun and recreation, you’ll find Fraser Tubing Hill, Pole Creek Golf Club, and Winter Park Resort all within a seven-mile radius. Spend a day sledding or skiing down the wintery slopes, play a scenic round of golf in summer, or hike or mountain bike beautiful terrain all year. With Devil’s Thumb Ranch just down the road - spend some time exploring their award-winning Nordic trails. The hot sulfur springs nearby are the perfect spot to soothe any sore muscles after a fantastic day. Taking a day to explore Grand Lake is always fun for the whole family. Lake Granby is very close to boating or fishing.

Step into this enchanting getaway and be greeted by high ceilings, expansive windows, and two beautifully designed living areas featuring cabin decor. The natural elements and majestic views blend seamlessly so you feel right at home yet so far away in a gorgeous mountain cabin. Snuggle up on the large reclining sectional and cozy up by one of the gas fireplaces while streaming your favorite shows. Don’t forget the hot cocoa, which is provided by this host! Even better, challenge a friend to a pool tournament on the lower level, where you will find, in addition to the pool table, a bar and a karaoke machine - as well as a complete additional living room.

A well-appointed kitchen includes everything you need for effortless food preparation. Share home-cooked meals and lots of laughs at the adjacent dining table that seats eight. (Ten including the 2 bar stools at the kitchen counter). Should weather permit, utilize the outdoor grill for a barbecue and relax on the well-furnished deck in the cool mountain air. With three masters, this getaway is ideal for large groups or multiple families who can enjoy additional privacy. The bedrooms feel luxurious with additional smart TVS, comfy linens, and charming rustic accents, while a jetted tub in the spa-like bath provides pure bliss. After a day of adventure, step outside to indulge in a rejuvenating soak in the private hot tub. Or enjoy an evening cocktail on the Adirondack chairs and warm yourself by the firepit, reveling in the mountain views. The stars overhead illuminating the snow-capped peaks are sure to inspire timeless vacation memories.

Additional amenities we love in this home include a provided Pack-N-Play, baby gates, a high chair, along with child utensils and bowls, board games, lots of games and puzzles, additional smart TVs in every bedroom, and a private washer/dryer for those packing light.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
