Spacious home with 3 BR and 2 full baths, (BRs and baths are split). Sleeps 6 with additional accomodations for 2 more quests.

Large LR and DR area, sun room and 2 car garage. House is furnished including kitchen cookware dishwasher etc. Includes for your use: 2 sets of golf clubs, bicycles, fishing poles, and beach stuff: towels, noodles, boogie boards, umbrellas, mats, cooler etc.. Garage has tools for any car repairs if needed for longer term renters.

Citrus trees on property. Pick your own fruit during your stay. Oranges, grapefruit, Jan- Feb.

Close to Venice. Shark tooth capital of the world. 50 minutes to Sarasota and 50 minutes to Fort Myers. Grocery store and pharmacy are less than 1 mile.

Peaceful and relaxing! Highly recommended

The property manager was very helpful when I had an issue with the app. Communication was great. We were able to fish and looks for sharks teeth thanks to him having items available. The house is very cozy and had everything I need to make meals with.

Had a great month here The house was dated but very comfortable and that’s what mattered Don the owner was so responsive to anything we needed . 10 minutes to beaches which was very important to us Restaurants , and shopping very convenient . Loved it and so did our grands Would stay again

Great, comfortable jumping off point for all the Englewood has to offer.

Don, our host, is a really nice guy and stays in touch constantly. Very comfortable house in a nice quiet neighborhood. Highly recommend.

Wonderful trip!

I was very pleased with our stay. Don, the owner has very nice and helpful in recommending activities and places to visit. The neighborhood was quiet, and close to several beaches and shopping opportunities. Don even checked in on us to make sure everything was going good and then again before we left to make sure we had a nice stay. I will definitely keep him in mind for future trips, we still didn’t get to see everything.

This property was outdated but more importantly it was cozy. It was EXACTLY what our family needed to relax for a vacation. It was close enough to everything to have fun. Don kept us up with weather and things to do in case of rain. It was perfect. Highly recommend this home

House was amazing. Well equipped for any occasion. Anything you could think of was there. I could have made a meal for 30 people with all of the cookware. There was enough bedding for more than what I needed. Very clean. The sheriff's dept. was just around the corner, literally. Very quiet, very safe. Would recommend or rerent this house anytime.

Home is clean, comfortable, and well equipped. It's in a very safe area, just down the road from the sherrifs station. The neighborhood is quiet and located near Englewood Beach.

We really enjoyed our stay! The house was very clean and well-stocked. Everything was very out-dated (yet well-cared for) but being near the beach made that not a big deal to us. We will definitely return.

Not big and fancy, but spacious, well supplied, and very comfortable in a quiet neighborhood. Great tool selection in garage. Delicious oranges and grapefruits in the yard. Golf courses and beaches just minutes away. Good restaurants and shopping nearby. Medical, chiropractic and dental facilities in the area. Stayed 3 1/2 months and will be back.

We came into Englewood the last week before labor day. First time we have stayed on the gulf side of Florida in many years. We loved every minute of our stay here. The home was very comfortable and a pleasure to stay in. The home had all amenities and was close to beach that were not overcrowded. The home was in a very quiet neighborhood that left you without that tourist trap feeling so many other places leave you with. At the end of the day at the beach you felt good to come back to stay in this home to prepare for your next day. We enjoyed every day we spent here.

Vacation Home near the Beach

The home was about 10 minutes from beautiful Englewood Beach. And, yet located in a very private and quiet area. The photos of the home were accurate and the home was outfitted as described. The home was clean in general although not freshened for our visit. I understand from the owner that his housekeeper was injured in auto accident shortly before our arrival. Given that the owner lives out of state and that it was the afternoon before Easter, I can see how it would be difficult to manage. We cleaned the bathrooms and kitchen ourselves the morning after arriving and all was well. I would recommend this property to anyone not expecting a granite countertopped, stainless applianced, HGTV madeover home. It was comfortable and the price was almost absurdly low. We didn't get much of a chance for clubbing or restaurant touring in our 6 days there given that we were also there to visit relatives living inland. I gave this home a five star rating due to the fact that it was comfortable, nothing extra was needed except food. And, as I stated previously the very low price.

We still use the property in the summer months. We like to pick fruit in the morning when available. There is nothing better.
