SELAH BY THE SEA: When you enter this home, take a moment to pause and reflect on the gorgeous oceanfront view, the modern appliances, and the large open rooms for gathering as a family. There should be no problem spreading out and giving everyone a bed to themselves, as there is a bedroom downstairs with a King bed and a daybed, a bedroom upstairs with a King bed and a twin bed, and a second bedroom upstairs with a bunk bed for the kids. We hope you will enjoy everything this peaceful, beachfront home has to offer!

We are going even more in depth with our cleaning program to ensure your comfort and peace of mind during your stay. This includes using an EPA certified disinfectant as our main surface cleaner throughout the home.

Seaside Vacation Homes has fifty of the cleanest and most highly maintained homes within a diversity of price points in our collection. The minimum age for renting is 25 years old
Occupancy: 9 (Guests of ALL ages, as well as visitors stopping by, count toward occupancy)
Maximum Vehicles : 3 (Vehicles must park on site in the designated spaces; there is no street parking allowed per city ordinance for guests staying at or visiting a vacation rental home) There are designated parking spaces, it is imperative that guests only park in those spaces.
Nightly minimums and rates will vary depending on market conditions:
Peak Season - 4 night minimum
Holidays - 3-4 night minimum over Holidays/Major Events
Off Season (October – May) - 2 night
