This is the quietest area of Old Town but only4 blocks to the beach, 3 blocks to Duval, you will not find a better or quieter location to enjoy all that Key West has to offer. Its less than 4 blocks to Blue Heaven, Santiago's, Moon Dog Cafe.
This storied and historic 1883 Conch home has been lovingly and thoughtfully renovated to perfection. Gleaming Dade County Pine floors and walls, period windows, period bath fixtures will welcome you to the Tree House , a Conch Classic centrally located in Old Town. The Tree House is super private and safe nestled with in a fenced and gated compound with lovely landscaping. The house is furnished with fine furnishings from Tommy Bahama, Lexington and Century. It is outfitted with fine linens and kitchenware.
The renovated second story home is over 1000 sq ft of indoor living space , plus a huge balcony with a dining area for 4 , plus couches. There is also a lovely front porch for taking the sunset or chatting up the locals.
The house is configured with two bedrooms with queen beds, a pull out queen sofa in the living room, and a twin day bed in the front entry perfect for a child or overnight guest.
The Tree House can be configured with the downstairs 1 bedroom1 bath Conch Haven for large groups sleeping 11 comfortably.
Smoking is allowed on the porches and small pets are welcome.
