This unit has high speed wireless and will accommodate up to 6 people. Just a short walk to the pool and Jacuzzi. For the Sports enthusiast there are 3 lighted Tennis courts once of which is the only clay court on the island. Family friendly condo

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This condo and the whole condo was great for families. The pool and common areas are well maintained, and just a short walk to Smathers Beach. The condo itself is well equipped with an updated kitchen. The location was an easy Uber ride to all the action on Duval street, but much quieter. Would definitely return another time.

Smather’s Beach Condo

Property was very clean and well-stocked. Loved the pool and hot tub. Rocky shoreline on property and no access to Smather’s Beach due to construction. Limited wi-fi at times. Great area to see the sunrise.

Quiet Community

Clean and well-kept. No real water access from the beach, as the shoreline is rocky. As a crew in our mid to late 30s, we were the youngest by decades, though we did see a few peers walking about the property. Would recommend for a quiet getaway, but if you're planning on spending your evenings on Duval street, look elsewhere!
