Directions to this cute apartment were very easy, and there was metered parking outside for unloading (longer-term parking is about a block away, so you might want to pack a raincoat, just in case). The steps to the unit were not overly steep, yet some may want/need to use the elevator. (We didn’t.)The apartment itself is well furnished and maintained. Sofa and living room items seem new, new flooring, and kitchen is well stocked with plates, silverware, pans, etc. The shower has nice pressure, though it takes a little time to get hot water. It didn’t drain well, which made showers a little gross. Bring your own Kleenex. It is a tiny bathroom, so don’t plan to share the space with anyone unless they are in the shower. :)The bed is very firm, for those who like to know. The street wasn’t overly noisy except for a tow truck one morning at 3 a.m. that set off a vehicle alarm and some construction across the street.Overall, a great location, beautiful architecture, close to two cute coffee shops, nice restaurants, and the Saturday farmers’ market. This was the perfect location for our extended weekend away.
