Sits atop a beautiful huge mountain amongst all custom multi-million -dollar homes on an acre of land overlooking the entire Las Vegas Strip! Conveniently located only 7 miles from The Fremont Street Experience and Las Vegas boulevard (The Strip) We have been in the vacation rental business now for nearly 25 years.
The "Mountain Palace" is our newest home in a long line of vacation rentals.

This beautiful home with gorgeous Las Vegas night views! can sleeps 16 people and up to 28, having 8 bedrooms and 5 bathrooms with a very large and spacious backyard, newly renovated swimming pool and hot tub overlooking the Vegas Strip.

Close to downtown, Freemont Street Experience and the Strip.
We have taken a great deal of time, energy and passion renovating the home with the finest materials on the market today.
Consisting of beautiful marble, granite, porcelain tiles and real Acia hard wood floors through-out the home.
To include all new appliances and furniture.

Because we have been in the vacation rental business for so long, we have come to understand what guest are looking for and expect.
Starting with "Cleanliness", Upon entry to the home you will find it to be extremely clean. We take a great deal of pride in making sure everything is clean, neat and in order.
All of our towels and lines are sent out and cleaned by a third-party cleaning service,
the same ones the casinos use.

Should anything be out of order, please just let us know and we will take care of it right away.

At Quality Homes you always have 24-hour access to service, maintenance, or anything else you may need.
We want to give you 5 stars and we absolutely want to provide you with the best possible 5-star service.

Great House for a Golf Trip

Spacious house with plenty of space for 16 men. We really enjoyed the house away from the noise and bustle of the Vegas Strip. 35 Min to Summerlin, 25 min from Henderson, 20 Min to Vegas Strip.As with any place, there were minor things, but the property manager was able to address them promptly with good communication.Minor issues need updated, and we communicated those to the property manager who promised to address them after our stay, so expect improvements

Why they chose this property

Our property is located in the "Sunrise Mountain" area.
Sunrise Mountain is the closest mountain to the Las Vegas Strip, thereby giving you some of the most spectacular views of the Las Vegas Valley with minimal travel time.
All of the homes on the mountain are set on very large land plots, usually an acre or more. Giving you lots of privacy, yet still very close to the city and all the action.

What makes this property unique

Our home sits on an acre of land giving you plenty of peace and tranquility. Yet still
located close to plenty of stores, banks, gas stations, Walmart, and the Las Vegas Strip.
