Spring Break 2024

The property and location was very nice, overall. Was not overly impressed with the property manager. I did not receive any check in instructions. When I sent a message requesting information I received a system generated response, directing me to the check in email I did not receive... When I got to the property I was not aware that I would need to pay for my parking. That would have been helpful to know ahead of time, as I'm a single mom on a budget. We had issues with how to unlock the door and sent a message to the property manager, which she never responded to. Additionally, the mattress on the pullout couch had what I can only assume to be blood stains. I took a picture and sent it to the property manager, again with no response. Thankfully we had no major issues, but having a property manager not respond at all is concerning on many levels.

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Pleasant and comfortable. Met my expectations.

Good stay

Everything was fine..only problem..ease of working with tv..not easy to figure out..but our host was able to assist..outside of that all very good and again very pleased with host who always answered promply and always had answers to questions so high points for her!
