Welcome to Casa Poinsettia—a tranquil, design-forward retreat in West Palm Beach. This 3BR/2BA new-construction home features curated interiors, a private patio, and is just minutes from the coast and city hotspots.

Palm Beach Style in a Convenient Location

Immaculate home wonderfully restored with attention to detail. Very comfortable and nicely furnished. Even has a pair of his/her bicycles waiting in the back yard. Original posting and photos were accurate. Great communication from the host. Home shares a drive way with a casita in the rear which they also rent out. It appears driveway is first come/first serve. So you might have to park out front on the street otherwise a sterling property. Definitely 5 Stars!

We stayed at this property in 2022 and it was wonderful. Unfortunately, we had a very different experience this time around. The host messaged me when we arrived that the washing machine was broken and technicians, along with the property manager, would be coming by to fix it, which was completely fine. Before they came, we realized the ice maker was broken and the freezer and wine fridge were also not working. Also, the tv in the guest bedroom will only work if you can log into Netflix - it won't let you watch regular tv. Property manager came by to work on the tv, no solution. We welcomed the techs to work on the washing machine and someone else came to check the freezer/ice maker, but we were told parts had to be ordered. Okay, understood. Nothing about the wine fridge other than to ask if it was plugged in. Discovered guest bathroom shower only had hot water for the first few minutes then turned stone cold, which meant 7 people only had 1 shower to use for 6 days. No hot water in the kitchen. We cooked a meal, and the exhaust fan fell when we tried to turn it on. There is no water dispenser, despite being listed on amenities. There were other things too, but those were the big ones. We had workmen in and out for 2 days which interrupted our family time. Host was communicating with me but there were NO solutions except for him to offer a 150 refund. I was requesting 1 full night stay refunded and the host stopped communicating completely. VRBO said they can't do anything!

Intimate House that Felt Like Home

My family and I stayed in this home and really enjoyed it. It was beautiful, open, and inviting. It honestly felt like staying in a higher-end boutique home. The manager was very responsive and helpful with our inquiries. It is definitely on our list for future visits.

The property is very beautifully presented and it’s very clean. Communication with the landlord was easy. The location is convenient but it’s a quiet neighborhood and you will need to drive around to get groceries and food. Overall a great experience.

In WPB for a nephew’s wedding. The house was perfect for us…comfortable, clean and close to the festivities. The host was very responsive. For example, when we informed him of a leaking coffee maker, a brand new coffee maker was delivered within an hour.

Celebrating Grandma's 85th Birthday

Property is everything as advertised and more. It is beautiful, modern and updated. We hosted my husband's family for dinner and the kitchen was especially gorgeous and well-equipped (maybe could use a few more larger mugs for coffee) Having things like a few coffee filters and salt and pepper as well as some other pantry items made things very pleasant for us. Beds were super comfortable. My kids slept in the front bedrooms and said they were comfortable and quiet despite facing the road. Layout of the house is so conducive to visiting and sharing time with family yet did not feel noisy and cavernous like some open concept places. The little patio was really charming and a nice place to grab a quiet cup of coffee in the morning. Communication with host was easy peezy - I highly recommend!
