The house was brand new and very spacious. It was very easy to access the private beach area and it was spacious as well for all street guest. Quiet private road, which was nice to relax and enjoy the trip.

House was just as expected. We will remember it as special place where our family to got together. We have many little ones and each family could stay on a floor and have a quiet place for naps during the day. But the "community area" was just right so could spend time together when we wanted to. The elevator was a special treat also. My husband and I loved the view from the top floor in the primary suite. The beach was easy to walk to, was private and not busy. The house was part of a little gated community so we felt safe and secure. The only hiccup we had was that I received the check-in email from the property manager and I did not see it in my email because I expected it to come from VRBO. But they were quick to resend it after I called so all was fine.The house was well supplied with all the utensils we needed to cook our meals and SO MANY BEACH TOWELS!! However, I did not expect to have to buy toilet paper but I guess that is a sign of the times because that is something people steal. I thought with a luxury property that would have been supplied. If we decide to return to this area as a family, we would rent this property again.
