Featuring a private heated (additional fee) pool, Summer kitchen with gas grill, generous Gulf views, and an effortless one-minute walk to the private community beach access, you'll experience the carefree essence of seaside living from the moment you check-in. 

Welcoming you with lavish interiors and fine finishes "High Noon" offers an open concept first floor with roomy living, kitchen, and dining areas, complete with direct access to the large pool deck. You'll take delight cooking a gourmet meal for your closest friends and family in the chef's dream kitchen, featuring a six-burner gas range, dual refrigerators, and dishwashers, and ample counter space for meal prep; you'll then savor that home-cooked meal at the dining table with seating for twelve, additional seating for five can be found at the breakfast bar. Kick-back on the sectional sofa in the living room and wind-down to a good movie on the large flat-screen TV, complete with a gas fireplace, or suit-up and take an evening dip in the private heated (additional fee) pool. You'll have sweet dreams in the first-floor master suite, furnished with a king-size bed, and providing a private en suite with walk-in shower and single vanity. 

Take the effortless elevator ride to the second-floor family room, furnished with an additional sectional sofa, and equipped with a large flat-screen TV. The kids will be entertained for hours with the multi-player arcade game and ping pong table, complete with a drink bar with mini-fridge and rinsing sink. Get the rest and relaxation you deserve in the second-floor master suite, furnished with a king-size bed, and providing a private en suite with walk-in shower and dual vanity. Down the hall, you'll sleep-in late in the guest suite furnished with a queen-size bed and providing access to a private en suite with walk-in shower and single vanity. Sleep sweetly in the additional second-floor master suite furnished with a king-size bed, and twin over a twin bunk bed, fitted with a private en suite featuring a tub/shower combination and dual vanity. 

Waking up in the third-floor grand master suite is a dream, furnished with a king-size bed and providing private access to the shared Gulf-view balcony, with access to a luxurious en suite featuring a glass-enclosed shower and dual vanity.
