This gorgeous condo offers accommodations for up to 6 guests and is centrally located, just minutes from downtown Gatlinburg.

From the moment you enter this two-bedroom, two-bathroom luxury condo, you’ll be awestruck by the spectacular views of the Smokies coming in through the wall of windows. This condo features an open floor plan with comfortable sofas, a gas fireplace, floor-to-ceiling windows, with seating for 6 seats at the bar, a spacious kitchen, a private balcony (perfect for morning coffee or an evening wine down), and 9-10-foot-high ceilings.

Very nice condo with an absolutely spectacular view. Well appointed with comfortable furniture and bedding and ample kitchen appliances and cookware. Super conveniently located just 5 minutes from Sugarlands visitor center in Great Smoky Mountains national park. There are no spices or cooking oils available, so be sure to bring those with you. The exercise room is really nice too.

The condo was nice and the views were unbelievable. There was construction right outside our deck so we couldn’t enjoy sitting on the deck cause of all the noise. It was clean but a few stains on the carpet in the living room. There should be instructions on how to use the fireplace and fans.You could add salt and pepper shakers to the room.

The views are some of the best we have seen with the long range mountains and the strip in sight as well. We saw two different bears from our balcony, which was exciting. It came with everything we needed to make breakfast each morning. The only thing I could not find was a hair dryer, but that certainly did not ruin our trip. We will be return guests!

Appliances are top end and the bathrooms are amazing. The pictures on the website do not do this place justice. Do not hesitate to book this condo. The VIP tickets with discounts on local attractions are a huge money saver. The staff were helpful and attentive. The housekeeping is immaculate. We will absolutely return next year. I have stayed at many lodgings in Pigeon Forge and Gatlinburg and this is top of the line.

The view of the mountains and the city lights at night was the equivalent of Aspen or Vail. My stay was magical.The condo is immaculate and beautiful. Just a few suggestions 1) stop on your way in and purchase any provisions for your stay. You’re up in the mountains and depending upon the timing of your visit, there may be a lot of traffic to get to a supermarket 2) make any dinner reservations prior to your visit—especially for the recommended restaurants 4) plan extra drive time if you stay during high season, as there will be 14 million other tourists on the roads and highways!

Back at the Highlands with Friends

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: After a nine year hiatus, we were so happy to renew our friends trip back at the Highlands. The view and location have not changed. Both are outstanding which is why we love the Highlands! Overall, this is a five star unit. Small, inexpensive details can be tweaked to make our stay perfect: each bathroom only has one hand towel and one roll of TP, there is only one dishwasher detergent packet even though you want us to start the dishwasher at checkout and no tissues. The bathroom vanity lighting is very dim, great for mood lighting but not for getting ready in the morning. And a dining table and chairs would be wonderful in the two bedroom units to eat around and play games. Small annoyances. But will we be back? Absolutely!!

We do want to note that unit 204 is a two-bedroom that does include a table and chairs, and of course all of our three-bedroom units come with a dining area as well. We’re so happy to hear you’ll be back!
