About this property

Elk Haven Camping - (Cabin 9)

All of our cabins have fantastic views of Hebgen Lake and the mountains and are within walking distance to the lakeshore. Our General Store offers last-minute needs: snacks, beverages, bait, fishing supplies, fuel, propane, firewood, ice, and of course everyone’s favorite—ice cream! A launch ramp, boat slips, fuel dock, and trailer storage are also available. Wireless Internet access is available at no charge.
This cabin has a bathroom with shower, kitchenette with microwave, refrigerator, and coffee maker. It does NOT have a stove or kitchen utensils or cookware. Linens are NOT supplied. This cabin sleeps 7, with a futon in the living area, and one bedroom with a double bed and twin bunk, and a set of twin bunks.
Linen packages are available for rent, however, you are welcome to bring your own. Please call the office to inquire about linens packages. All cabins have a picnic table and access to a firepit.

The cabin was clean and had plenty of bed space. The location is beautiful, right on the lake with a great view of the mountains. Loved how quiet it was and the proximity to plenty of things to do.

Clean (no bugs or errant hairs), hot water, quiet & dark at night -what more could you want! Just note this is a very rustic cabin so if you want towels or sheets there is a rental fee. Love the location on the lake and pretty close to Yellowstone national Park.

It was so peaceful and such a wonderful place to be able to unwind after busy days at Yellowstone. Views were stunning of the lake and the mountains in the backdrop. Had a fire each night outside. Camp hosts, Sandy and her husband, were absolutely precious folks!

The views?!

The views were to die for, SO close to Yellowstone, and the cabin comfortablly fit all 7 adults in our growing family! I can't say for all the other beds, but my bed (double) was SO comfortable, like sleeping at home. 10/10 would stay again🙌

Lakefront Cabin

This place was exactly what I was looking for! Quiet area with cabins right on the lake. I initially booked 2 nights, but ended up staying 4. I definitely recommend this place for people heading to the West Yellowstone area. I live in Texas, but hope to get back there again one day.

It was a great location and cute cabin. We did have a mixup with the bedding package for one of the larger beds. We were given a twin fitted sheet instead of a full fitted sheet and did not make the bed until evening after returning from our day, and the office was already closed to make an exchange. would like to have had a couple dishes/cips to put in the microwave.

What makes this property unique

All of the cabins have fantastic views of Hebgen Lake and the mountains and are within walking distance to the lakeshore. Our resort center provides a small general store, bathroom and shower facilities, laundry, modem data port desk and a camper kitchen. Our on-site marina provides a launch ramp, boat slips, propane and fuel. We rent fishing boats, kayaks, canoes, stand up paddleboards, and a 22’ Pontoon boat (seats 10), and also sell fishing licenses. Our guests enjoy a volleyball, tetherball and horseshoe area, barbecues and fire pits, a swimming beach, and shoreline fishing.
