The host, Allison, was a delight to work with for our stay. Any questions we had she was quick to respond which was critical as the hurricane approached. Everything worked out very well. Only slight issue was the dishwasher that was difficult to start running. It took 10 minutes to finally get it going twice. All in all a great stay!!

Love how close to Crystal Beach we were, and I loved that I could see the beach (and palm trees) from the balcony! The home was exactly what we expected, clean, and well stocked with kitchen supplies - we felt at home!

Great home away from home.

This property was a perfect property to spend our vacation. It is very clean, quiet, and relaxing. We were right at the beach and near all shopping stores. I will definitely recommend this property in the future.

We had the best experience! Our condo was super clean and so conveniently located. The beach is right across the street which was really nice. Restaurants, shopping, and WalMart are really close. Kitchen had everything we needed. We will definitely stay here again!

Perfect stay

Our stay at the Caribbean Dunes condo was perfect. The condo was super cute, clean, well stocked, and the beds were very comfortable. The two best things were the incredibly close location to the beach and the ocean view from the balcony. We had absolutely no issues and enjoyed our stay very much. We have been going to the Destin area for 8 years and this was our favorite place to stay. We definitely would stay again.

Perfect place to stay on the gulf!

Just across the street from the beach easy beach access. Home was very clean, had all the amenities we needed- including beach chairs and washer/dryer! Home owner very responsive to questions. A very nice rental! Rented bikes from FunPug..they delivered to the condo and picked up..so easy! We've stayed at the Caribbean Dunes complex for the past 25 years and it's always a winner.

Hidden gem!

This was perfect for our family trip! We stayed with my husband’s parents and our kids. Everything was perfectly clean and comfortable. The kids enjoyed board games while we cooked lunch and dinner before heading out to the beach which was within walking distance. The condo is close to the mall and various shops and restaurants. I would highly recommend a stay at the Caribbean Dunes.

Great location, great surroundings, great interaction with property owners and managers!

This is a very welcoming, cute, clean unit. It was a minute walk to the beach and very close to the commons, gas station, Walmart, and restaurants. The property managers were very helpful and friendly. The owners were helpful and friendly whenever we had questions and had everything we needed in the condo. The beach was smaller than I had pictured in my mind but once we set up it was a perfect size. Our family had a great vacation to Florida!

Great place by the Beach

The place is so bright and cheery. Has plenty of supplies. My sisters family just happened to book next door and it was a completely different vibe, dark, not any supplies, not even a cookie sheet. They couldnt wait to go back home because their beds were awful. We were like we could stay longer, these beds are amazing!! They were very jealous of our room. Would definitely stay here again if in need of a place.

The condo was just as described. It was very nice, comfortable, clean & spacious. Bed very comfortable. Communication was great with the host. Pool was clean. Easy & close parking. I didn’t see an elevator so we carried our bags up the stairs. Our group enjoyed the workout so we didn’t mind. Although the picture shows a view of the ocean, you would have to be on the patio sitting deep into one corner to be able to see the water. Yes, that is pictured. But reality there are two huge palm trees blocking your view Not that this would keep me from staying there, but of all the condos that were across the street we did pick this one because we thought we would be able to all 4 sit on the patio with a glass of wine or coffee and at least see the ocean. It was a very easy walk across the street to the beach. However although it’s listed that you have access to the beach, it is a very small access. It is the space between the condos units on the beach. About 20-30 yards wide roped off. It was chair to chair and tens and baby pools. Packed in from shoreline to parking lot. You could not even see the water if seated. We had to find another place to go. One or two nicer places to eat & an ice cream shop in walking distance. But no convenience store in walking distance. If that matters to someone. We said we would stay here again if it was fall or spring and beach was less crowded.

Top Wohnung in zweiter Reihe mit Meerblick

Wir haben 4 Wochen in der Wohnung Nummer 204 verbracht und waren so zufrieden, dass wir wieder kommen werden. Die Wohnung ist gut ausgestattet. Bequeme Betten, eine Couch auf der man auch gut sitzen kann (ist nicht immer so) und die Küche ist sehr gut ausgestattet.Unschlagbar ist allerdings der Balkon mit Meerblick. Wir hatten sogar das Glück Delfine von hier sehen zu können! Bestückt mit 2 Schaukelstühlen und 2 Hochstühlen, jeweils mit Tisch. Mit Teppich und sehr gemütlich.Gleich gegenüber ist der Strandzugang und es sind auch nur ca. 10 Gehminuten am Strand zum Henderson State Park mit viel Platz und wenig Menschen. Eine wundervolle Lage.
