You will love this beautifully renovated, Gulf-front condo located on the stunning white sands of Crystal Beach. You can enjoy the view of the Gulf of Mexico and its sounds from the third-floor balcony. You can stroll the lovely beach or bike ride, walk, or jog along the paved sidewalks/bike trails of Scenic Gulf Drive. This well-appointed condo has 2 king-size beds (one is in the master and one in the second-story open loft) and another bedroom with two twin daybeds with trundles, and 2 full bathrooms. Our maximum occupancy is 8. Although, the home is most comfortable for parties of 6 or less.

My favorite place to stay

This is our second time to stay at Crystal Villas but our first time in this condo. It was beautiful, clean, spacious, had all the amenities we needed. The private beach is fantastic and a big part of the reason we stay here. Front row access to the ocean without having to fight through the crowds. I hope yall will allow us to stay here again and again. Our family had the absolute best vacation and that was mostly because we stayed in the perfect place. Thank you!!

Perfect location

Wonderful Week

Had a great stay in Destin, from the check-in until check out. Our unit was on the beachfront, where we enjoyed refreshing gulf air and a marvelous beach. Having just missed spring break, the eateries were easy to get into, and offered great food. A most enjoyable vacation and excellent quarters.

Amazing view with like accommodations

Wanting to wake to the sound of the ocean, we decided upon this property and it did not disappoint! The view is phenomenal, steps to the beach which the teenagers loved (as did the old parents), and the accommodations were wonderful. We had everything we needed for a lovely week long stay. Complimentary chair and umbrella service was great and the smaller complex made the beach spacious where we could spread out. Perhaps we were lucky but it was very quiet during our stay and I never heard anything from our neighbors. Communication with owners was wonderful as well. Thank you for sharing your home!

Nice clean condo, fantastic view from the balcony. Suzanne was so sweet and thoughtful throughout the booking process. We enjoyed the beach on sunny days and used the pool on red flag days. The third floor was a bit tough for my mom to go up to, but she commented the view was worth it! The unit is clean and cozy, it was like home away from home. We cooked some days ( Left the dishwasher and laundry soap, trash bags for the next guests) and ate out some days. There are plenty of choices for restaurants and grocery stores around. Wonderful stay, we will be back, Suzanne!

Wonderful stay and perfect location!

Our family had a wonderful stay at this perfect location on the beach. Host/owner was easy to reach and responses were prompt. Unit was very clean, actually the cleanest we’ve ever encountered as we use VRBO for all our vacations. Loved that the beach was private for our unit, therefore it was no where near as crowded as the public access beaches. Property pool wasn’t crowded so the kids enjoyed that. Condo had just about everything we needed. The only thing I will point out is that the small, third room upstairs where the kids slept was pretty stuffy and warm, so we kept the door open the entire time of our stay to get air flowing in and out. Other than that we thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would recommend this condo!

Beautiful Place, Awesome Location!

This property is wonderful. Great location, close to everything! Beautiful views, right on the beach. We loved it. Very clean property and the kitchen is well stocked with everything you need. The sand and water at Crystal Beach are some of the nicest we have ever seen. **Only 1 thing I wanted to mention, the wristbands are only one size and big for small people. Our son wore his the first day and it came right off his wrist in the ocean. Maybe you could offer different sizes? That is very minor, other than that, we highly recommend!

A gem of crystal beach!

I can't say enough about this property--we WILL be back! The condo was exactly as listed and Suzanne was responsive and a pleasure to communicate with. The proximity to the beach and the waterfront balcony were amazing--with the balcony you can be "at the beach" without having to get out of your PJs. We enjoyed coffee on the balcony each day. The condo was very clean and spacious. The kitchen has everything you could want (and we utilized it!). The beach attendant, Zach, was wonderful and had the umbrella and chairs ready each morning. Despite being next to the public beach, the private beach is enforced and allows you to feel comfortable leaving your towels at your chairs/umbrella. While there are lots of other condos available in the area, the complexes are larger which means more people to contend with at the beach. The access to the grocery, etc. was super easy and convenient. Staying two weeks, we expected to venture out more, but there was no need because the condo had everything and we just couldn't tear ourselves away from the balcony and beach lounging/relaxation!

We had such a wonderful stay at Suzanne and Barry’s condo! Everything was spotless, beautifully updated, and fully stocked! The private beach was gorgeous and peaceful, and having complimentary chairs waiting each day was such a nice bonus. The balcony was the perfect spot to watch the sunrise and set! Suzanne and Barry were great to work with and made check-in and checkout super easy. The location was perfect! It’s close to great food and sights, yet still quiet and relaxing. We can’t wait to come back!

We are Barry and Suzanne Hardison and we are thrilled to have a oceanfront vacation condo in Destin! For 5 years, we owned and rented through VRBO a 1 bedroom condo across the street from the beach. We feel blessed to have this larger, beach-side home which accommodates more family and allows us to consider our young teenagers' desire to bring friends to the beach.

Our family looks forward to any time in Destin. The sound of the waves and the beautiful white sand are so enticing. In fact, our children have even braved the winter waters of the Gulf! There's never a bad day when you are at the beach!

Why they chose this property

Crystal Villas is in the perfect location. In our opinion, it is on the "quiet end" of Scenic Highway 98. This smaller, three story complex is in a prime location to the beach, shopping, and restaurants. You can be as busy or relaxed as you want in the convenient condo.

What makes this property unique

The sense of calm and relaxation our family experiences at the beach is priceless. Our teenage children love to swim in the ocean and pool, and we always enjoy our morning runs as a family on the walking/bike path. Window shopping and eating fresh seafood top our list of "must-do" excursions away from the beach. It is always a blessing to be here.
