As our guests, you'll have exclusive access to every part of the home and property, with no shared spaces outside of those in your booking.

Your check-in code will be sent to you an hour before you arrive.



Other things to note
Your safety and comfort are our top priorities. For enhanced security, we've installed outdoor cameras around the perimeter of the property. There are no indoor cameras, ensuring your privacy in our tranquil retreat.

To ensure a pleasant stay for all guests and maintain good relations with our neighbors, please follow the House Manual and these guidelines below:

1) No Smoking: Smoking on the premises is prohibited. Violations will result to a loss of the security deposit and an extra de-smoking fee, resulting in a $1,000 penalty.

2) Quiet Hours: Amplified music and outdoor gatherings are not allowed after 9 pm to preserve neighborhood peace.

3) Guest Count: Please inform us of the exact number of guests. Additional guests not reported will incur a $50 charge per person, per night starting at 10pm.

4) No Parties/Events: Parties and events are strictly prohibited. Non-compliance will lead to immediate eviction without refund, as noise levels are monitored.

5) Pets: Pets are welcome but must be disclosed at booking or before arrival. A deep cleaning fee, twice the standard rate, is required for pets to ensure an allergen-free space for all guests. Failure to disclose may lead to additional fees.

6) Fireplace: Use the remote control for the fireplace; please do not start real fires.

7) Cleanliness: Please maintain cleanliness and refrain from wearing shoes inside the property. If any piece of furniture is moved, but not put back in its original place, there'll be a charge of $100.

8) Doors: Keep doors closed to prevent entry of insects and animals.

9) Trash Disposal: Please take out the trash as needed and separate it between the bins. Also, prior to your check-out we kindly ask you to properly dispose of the trash and do not leave it inside the house. If your stay includes Wednesday, kindly put the trash bins out for Thursday collection and return them afterward.
FOOD DISPENSER NOTICE: Guests ARE NOT allowed to put food down in the sinks. Any clogging due to food particles is subject to a $500 fee or more from us having to get it fixed. Please properly throw away trash in the bins. Thank you for your cooperation and understanding!

10) Parking Guidelines: Please use street parking or the provided garage and driveway. Observe all parking signs to avoid fines. The garage offers a secure, accessible option. Please do not block the sidewalk.

11) Security Camera Tampering: Our property's safety and security are paramount. Please refrain from tampering with or disabling the security cameras located at the doorbell, driveway, and backyard. Any violation of this rule incurs a $500 fine and may result in eviction. We appreciate your cooperation in upholding the security of all guests.

12) Check-out time: Please be considerate of timing since our cleaners have a tight schedule, and they will come right after your check-out time to clean up the property and prepare it for the next guests. Every started hour of being late to check out will be charged $50/h

HOT TUB MAINTENANCE NOTICE

Scheduled Time: Thursday Afternoon | Weekly, around 2~3PM

Please don't be alarmed if you notice someone in the backyard. My Hot Tub Maintenance technician visits every Thursday between 2-3PM to perform maintenance and cleaning tasks on the hot tub, ensuring it's in perfect condition for your stay.

Hot Tub Rules:

1) Shower Before Use: Shower to remove lotions or oils before entering the hot tub.

2) Supervision for Children: Children under 12 must be supervised by an adult.

3) Time Limit: Limit soaking to 15-20 minutes and take breaks.

4)Temperature Control: Do not exceed 104 degrees Fahrenheit.

5) No Glassware: Only use plastic or shatterproof containers. No glass is allowed.

6) No Diving or Jumping: The hot tub is shallow; this behavior is prohibited.

7) Occupancy Limit: Adhere to the maximum occupancy number (3).

8) No Electrical Appliances: Keep devices at a safe distance.

9) Pregnant Women/Elderly People Caution: Consult a healthcare professional before use.

10) Hydration: Drink water before and after hot tub use.

11) Proper Attire: Wear appropriate swimwear.

12) No Pets: Pets are not allowed in the hot tub.

13) Noise Control: Keep noise levels low, especially late at night.

14) Mode Switching: The hot tub has three settings: Standard, Sleep, and Eco. It's set to Standard mode by default. To change modes, simply press either the temperature up or down button, along with the "Mode" button, to cycle through the different settings.

15) Shutting Down: When you're done using the hot tub, please make sure to turn off all high jets. Then, switch the mode to "Standard" and adjust the temperature back down to 85 degrees. Always cover the hot tub after use.
