17 Airy Hall, absolutely breathtaking new build on Kiawah Island. Located in the popular Vanderhorst Plantation community on Kiawah, this spectacular new 4000 square feet, four bedroom, four full and two half baths, this property is spacious enough for your whole crew.

It's hard to know where to begin describing the coastal gem of a home. There is something for everyone here. The luxurious kitchen is perfect for even the most particular chefs with its high-end appliances and plenty of meal prep counter spaces. There are multiple living spaces both indoors and outside for guests to spread out. The back deck has a large, sparkling pool and lounge chairs nearby for taking advantage of the sunshine. The view from the back is truly a site to behold. If you must work on your getaway (which we hope you do not!) there is a desk space available.

The bedrooms are set up for utmost comfort, each with their own bathroom. The master and second guest suite with king beds, another room with a queen bed, then the final bedroom with two fulls.

No smoking, no pets, and no events (no exceptions will be made). Property only rents during summer, Saturday to Saturday rentals required. The owners are adding in an EV charger, there is one car in the garage but room for bikes and one car to park.

As our guest, you will have access to 5 Championship Golf Courses, including The Ocean Course, location of the 2021 PGA Championship; The Kiawah Island Resort Tennis Center. No access available for resort pools or fitness center.
If you have the time, make a short trip (30 miles) to Charleston, America's most charming southern city. There you'll find world class dining, shopping and lots to explore.
When you stay with ESPM for 3-21 nights you will receive a valuable credit of up to $280 (amount dependent on length of stay) to use toward beach gear, bikes, etc. May not be available last minute. Upon booking you will be sent a rental agreement to review and complete online.

Fabulous House and Fabulous Host Team!

First, I’d just like to say the team at ESPM rentals is so helpful and proactive. They are in constant contact to ensure you are having a wonderful stay and also help arrange mid-week cleanings as well as assisting with gear rentals. Can’t say enough amazing things about the team! Second, the house was absolutely beautiful, brand new, and in a wonderful location. It’s incredibly well-cared for and it shows! Will be staying again.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We spent a week with our family at 17 Airy Hall, and had a great time. The house is beautifully furnished and very comfortably laid out. The pool was terrific and the grill was easy to use. The beach isn't easy to get to -- we had to have one person drop everyone off at the nearest beach path then return the car to the house then bike back, because there's no parking near the beach entrances. But that said, we would go back without hesitation.
