Situated in Vanderhorst Plantation right off prestigious Flyway Drive, the newly renovated home with PRIVATE POOL is just across from the Allee of Oaks, which leads to Boardwalk 32 for easy beach access.

The Birdie was recently remodeled in summer 2023. The house is spacious and has an easy flow to relax and spread out. No expense was spared. The completely renovated kitchen is fully equipped perfect for the seafood chef or barista. This special space is bathed in natural light and well appointed with two dishwashers, all new appliances, induction range, instant hot water faucet, and water filters. There is a drip coffee maker, Keurig, French press, Aeropress, and Burr grinder for the coffee fanatic! The dining spaces adjoin to accommodate twenty for dinner, both tables seating 10 guests each.

The first floor consists of three bedrooms and there are two bedrooms on the second level. The primary suite on the first floor is beautifully decorated and includes a King bed, Smart TV, and a desk with printer for anyone who may need to work from home. The ensuite primary bathroom has a double vanity and a gorgeous walk in shower and soaking tub. The second and third bedrooms on the first level each have a King bed, Smart TVs, and private bathrooms. There is also a half bathroom and full laundry room on this floor. Moving upstairs you will find a media/playroom with Smart TV and lots of games and puzzles. The fourth bedroom, on this second level, contains a queen bed, Smart TV and has access to the hallway bathroom. And the fifth and final bedroom is also upstairs, and it features a king bed, 2 twin beds, Smart TV and private bathroom.

Enjoy taking in the sights & sounds on the back porch with rocking chairs overlooking the lush maritime forest. A NEW PRIVATE POOL has been added in early 2024!! Be sure to utilize the bikes and beach gear (beach chairs, boogie boards & toys) provided by the homeowner to explore and enjoy the miles of bike trails and beaches on the scenic island.
