Good location in a quiet neighborhood
The house is ideally located to visit the area and it’s also in a quiet neighborhood.
Plus: Paul was super responsive and very accommodating for check-in / check-out time. He also gave us tones of great advices on what to do in the area. Enough space for 4 people. The leaving room is comfortable and has plenty of space. The deck next to the kitchen (not on the pictures) was perfect to take all our meals. Plenty of outside space. And finally, very reasonable rent for the location
Minus: only one AC unit in the whole house (in the leaving room, fans in the bedrooms). We had to keep the bedrooms doors open at night to get fresh air (we were there during a heat wave). A bit of cleaning would be great especially in the kitchen and the deck (the bathroom was very clean).
We overall had a good stay at Paul’s house and enjoyed our time in Beacon
