This house was AMAZING! So close to the beach and walking distance from all of the local restaurants and stores. Perfect for our group of 5 , We never felt crowded and rooms were nice ! The only minor issues we ran into were , the bathroom upstairs shower water pressure was very low. We couldn’t lock the side door from the outside so we had to utilize the front door the entire time. Overall amazing place to stay and would stay again in a heart beat!

We had an easy walk to beach or restaurants and free parking. Plenty of room to spread out. There are stairs to enter and 2 levels so you will get some steps in.

We loved everything about this stay-spacious rooms, high ceilings, kitchen with everything you need. So close to the beech! Communication was fabulous and Manager JR was amazing! We will be back!

Excellent accommodations for large groups with four nice bedrooms, 2.5 bathrooms (although no tub), large dining table along with countertop stools and lots of comfortable seating in the living area. Large deck with plenty of seating. Steps to the beach and several of our favorite beach restaurants. Also a playground right across the street. One cautionary note: there are quite a few steps from the street to the main floor and quite a few more to the second floor bedrooms. This wasn’t an issue for us but could be for guests with mobility concerns.

Family Getaway

The Townhome on Clearwater Beach was a nice and convenient basecamp for a few days of spring training games, family time and relaxing on the beach. We especially enjoyed the short walk to Frenchy's Rockaway Grill!

Great Location!

Great location only steps to beach and restaurants! Great space, but furniture needs to be updated. Coin operated washer and dryer is available but not in unit.

Clearwater Beach

Nice condo in great location within easy walking distance to countless bars and restaurants as well as Clearwater Beach. It was nice to find a 4 bedroom condo in this price range and with this location. I would rent here again, but probably as a family or very close friends since it only has 2 showers.

The owner met us when we first arrived. He was very friendly and told us to reach out if we needed anything. Great location to the beach, resturants, and shops. We were able to walk to the pier and shops each night. Lots of options for ice cream too. This is our nightly tradition when on vacation. The only negative is the kitchen was not stocked with as many basics as I am use to in VRBO houses. They had the bare minimum, but if you were going to cook much, you would need to be creative with what you have available to cook with. Also, make sure you bring your own shampoo. They provide a small hotel size bottle, but any extended time that is not enough. I misinterpreted the amenities and we did not pack enough for our trip. Again, this is something I take for granted from other places I have stayed.Overall this is an ideal place for a beach trip.

Okay but don't expect any service

The house is fine with some wear and tear you can expect. Location is excellent. Unfortunately we have tried to get in touch with rental agency about a few things but on the numbers left in the apartment nor via VRBO App we didn't get any respons to our questions. No washer/dryer, lights and fan went of and on even during the night without anybody touching remote and last day AC didn't work. Location is great but for the rest not what we expected.

Not what we paid for.

We were told one day prior to check in that they were moving our reservation to the unit next door and it was "bigger." This was advertised as 4/5 bedrooms and three bathrooms. It was only 4 bedrooms (one of the 4 had bunkbeds) and 2 1/2 baths. The rooms were very small except for the master. We had three couples so it was uncomfortable and not nicely furnished compared to the pictures of the unit we rented originally. I was not happy and embarrassed since I was the one that coordinated for our group. We paid for early check in however the unit was not ready. The early check in fee was reversed and the owner (very nice guy) was apologetic. He allowed us to leave our items so we could get to the concert on time.
