Paradise found!

With only 200 steps to the beach, this lovely beach house offers a great value for you vacation. A short stroll and your toes can find magic as you walk along the Gulf of Mexico's sugar sand beach.

Our 3 bedroom unit is clean and comfortable. Newly renovated a few years ago, you will find an easy to clean tile floor everywhere, modern kitchen cabinets, appliances, including washer and dryer, and well maintained furniture. The large balcony/porch lets you have a partial view of the gulf while the gentle breezes flows past the wind chimes to make music that soothes the soul.

For sleeping there is a great choice with 1 king bed with a private bath, 1 queen bed and a room with 1 queen and 1 twin bed. Full kitchen stocked with everything a chef needs, dining room, Master bath has a tub, the guest bath has a shower, Free Internet, over the air tv(no cable).

Located on one of America's top rated beach Anna Maria Island.

Windcaller is located a short 1 hour drive from Tampa International Airport, 2 hours from Orlando and 30 minutes from Sarasota Bradenton's Airport.

The central location is perfect for everything. 1 block to a market with the best wine selection on the island. 2 blocks to gourmet dining and the best breakfast on the island. A short walk down the beach is the County beach cafe. A free trolley to pick you up every 20 minutes for most of the day so there is no need to drive.

There is no pool but the Gulf of Mexico is 200 steps away, with the best sunsets.

It is our home we love to share.

We do not typically include cable but have air and Internet channels. Cable can be arranged with advance notice.

The building has several year round residents, and some commercial tenants. The other tenants do start the day around 8AM and share the driveway next to the building.

Great location!

Very clean, appropriate amenities, good communication with management, and only 1 block from gorgeous beach. Good restaurants nearby, and lots of nearby options for quick needs (rentals, ice cream, booze, etc). Great location! We were missing toilet paper in the primary, and there was only 1 role in the other bathroom, but no biggie - we took care of it on our first big trip to the grocery.

Great location to the beach and downtown Holmes Beach area. Rental tenants below come and go pretty early in the morning - 6:30 AM not uncommon, loading and unloading scaffolding... kinda noisy! TV channels hard to work, otherwise very nice space. Nice deck area too.

Joseph is a gracious and accommodating host. The apartment is ideal and in an ideal location. Clean, comfortable, lacking nothing. The kitchen is well equipped. The beds and bedrooms comfortable and spacious. Having two bathrooms and extra bedrooms were really great for guests that came to visit. The ensuite is nice.We loved watching sunsets from the porch while finishing dinner or sipping a glass of wine. The apartment is walking distance to very good restaurants, delis, pizza, bars, coffee shops, beach rentals, beach shops and wine and liquor stores.This was our first trip to AMI. We stayed a month at Windcaller and we can't wait to return. It is a very laid back place and the people are friendly. The beach is clean and spacious.There is so much to see, explore and enjoy here. By the way, by my count it's not 200 steps to the beach from Windcaller; only 150!

Wonderful house, great location

We stayed at the property for two months and really enjoyed it. It is a spacious, comfortable, well equipped house in a great location. It is close to many of the amenities in the island and only half a block from the beach. Only negative is the lack of cable service although some streaming services are available. Joe is an attentive , responsive host who was quick to respond to any questions or needs. Highly recommend
