The pool is the centerpiece of Coastal Cottage, and it belongs entirely to this unit. Tucked behind its own fence within tropical landscaping, the private pool offers complete privacy and outdoor shower. It's the kind of outdoor space that turns an ordinary afternoon into the best part of the trip: morning laps before the beach crowds arrive, lazy float time after lunch, and evenings where the water reflects the sunset while dinner's on the grill.

Three bedrooms give everyone their own space to settle in, each outfitted with comfortable beds dressed in new linens. The kitchen has been completely updated with stainless steel appliances and is ready for everything from a quick breakfast to a full family dinner, with all the cookware and essentials already on hand. Two full bathrooms keep mornings simple even with a full house.

The Gulf is two blocks away, and the location puts you close to local shops and restaurants without needing a car — a nearby trolley stop makes exploring the rest of the island easy too. Flat-screen TVs and high-speed WiFi are included throughout.

Maximum occupancy 6 guests. One-week minimum stay. Not pet-friendly.

You are vacationing in a residential area, please be a good neighbor by keeping the noise to a respectful level during the day and night. Excessive and unreasonable noise can deprive neighbors of the peaceful enjoyment of their private property. Quiet hours are observed from 10 PM to 7 AM.

The property was updated, clean and comfortable. The kitchen was stocked with everything needed to prepare and serve meals. There’s plenty of towels and beach towels. Easy walk to the beach but a bit of a hike to the restaurants and ice cream shop. The pool was perfect for adults and a hit with the children. It was a bit chilly on a few days so the heated pool was ideal. The beach wagon and chairs were an added plus. Highly recommend this home.

We had a blast at the Coastal Cottage! Our kids absolutely loved the pool, the house was in perfect shape and so clean, and Ken and Susie were excellent hosts. The location was great - quiet and close to the beach as well as a short trip to restaurants and shops. It was our first trip to AMI and I can’t wait to come back.
