My wife and I are from N California and have traveled extensively throughout Mexico with my 1st visit to Cabo San Lucas in 1982.
We finally visited PV in 2015 and fell in love with the land and the people. We live here part time and try to spend as much time as possible in PV.
We open our home to you and try to make you feel as comfortable as possible so you get that relaxed time being away from you home.

Why they chose this property
The Marina district is very authentic with diverse culinary choices, close to the beach, a stones throw to the golf course, yet a short taxi (or Uber) drive to downtown or Romantico. There no loud bars or clubs keeping you up at night and a health lifestyle with many locals exercising along the Marina every morning.
Thursday nights is the open air Market where there are many dozens of Vendors along the Marina to get your gifts to take back home. Many of the vendors come from near by neighborhoods and as far away as Guadalajara… definitely a do not miss event(October through May 6 to 10pm)

It’s a close 5 min walk to be in the Marina and about 5 blocks to be standing on the sandy beach with your toes in the water.
Amenities at V Golf are second to none with Game Room. Fire pit, BBQ, pool, Jacuzzis, exercise room with ocean view (truly spectacular), Hammock area on the rooftop, and even a massage room to hire private massage time for your “me time”
There’s a supermarket across the street if you want to stay in and cook meals at home while enjoying the large balcony overlooking the ocean. There even a pool side restaurant in the complex so you never have to leave the complex if you so desire.
