Spectacular view in new construction

Can’t beat the view on the deck. We had a great stay. Wonderful location. Had a few hiccups at the house but contact with hosts was quick and easy, they were super helpful and attentive. Would definitely stay again!

Just a lovely little house in a wonderful location. We stayed here for over 2 months and hated to leave. The views are spectacular and this part of SB gets more sun than many other areas. We could walk into town (albeit down a hill, but it was great exercise) and everything you need is a short drive away, including the Santa Barbara Bowl. The primary bed is super comfortable and the house is generally well-equipped. The owner was easy to work with, and very responsive to the few little issues that inevitably come up when you stay somewhere for over two months. We hope to return again! Thanks Jeff and Marty!
