The Host was available and accomodating. The house was clean and spacious. There were a few choices for small gatherings as well as TV viewing. Although an older house it was well maintained.

Such a beautiful home!

This is a fantastic spot if your are visiting Fort Wayne! Great location to downtown (we walked to coffee and parks), easy to get to other side and around town. The home was clean, well appointed, bright and so comfortable. We loved the different sitting areas and office spaces. Great for those of us that had to work one day! High highly recommend!!

Great Location!

We stayed at this house because we were in town for business meetings. It was the perfect location to walk into downtown Ft. Wayne each day. The house was clean, well-equipped and the layout was perfect for 4 colleagues to collaborate but have our own separate space. Jason was easy to work with and provided clear pre-stay instructions. We'll be in town at least 4 times each year and I will book with Jason again for future stays.

In general, things were good. The house was really great for our needs with multiple couples staying together. And things were neat and clean. However there was one issue that was pretty inexcusable. When i went to check the pans for what we'd need to cook breakfast, one pan was clearly not cleaned as it had rice remnants in it. However another pan was filthy, with cooked on grease and large pieces of food still sitting in it. It looked like someone had just taken it off the stove and thrown it in the cupboard. We soaked and cleaned it ourselves, but it was extremely off-putting.Beyond that, things were clean and well-stocked.

Clean easy place to stay

Property is set up like a paint by numbers short term rental. It's very convenient, efficient, and serves the exact purpose you need. However, it's pretty soulless and the neighborhood is a bit rough, so use it as a place to stay, not a destination. We stayed during a heat wave, the upstairs was warmer than the downstairs, but the air conditioning made it tolerable ar night, it just had to work hard.
