The home was spotlessly clean. Ample supplies for all our needs. The scriptures strategically posted in the house were a huge bonus. Will definitely stay again if in the area.

Was the perfect place for our family! Lots of space and plenty of bathroom for us all to get ready for the wedding. Nicole was awesome and always reaponding prompltly. The yard and subdivion was so nice and the house was spotless and well taken care of. Our family didnt want to leave!! Would DEFINITELY stay here again

We were in town for a funeral and all the crosses and bible verses thru out the house were comforting The owners still obviously live there and the closets and dressers were full of clothes making it feel a bit awkward and difficult to unpack

Thank you for the comment about the master bedroom closet and dresser space. We are consolidating the 2 walk in closets so that one of them will be fully exclusive for a guest. All was as expected. Nicely decorated for Christmas. If snow is expected, having access to a shovel would be helpful. Our family had a wonderful family gathering for our Christmas celebration.

We were in town for our son's wedding and needed a 1 night stay with room for 7. This house fits that bill. Plenty of space, bedrooms, and more importantly, bathrooms. The only "complaint" was that it had snowed more this year than in most years, and the sidewalk and drive had not been shoveled before our arrival. We found a shovel so we could clear the sidewalk for my 84-year-old dad to walk to the front door comfortably. Other than that, this house is great. Good communication and a great space to spread out.

We thought we had gotten a fairly nice rental. The layout of rooms is somewhat odd but there is a lot of room and plenty of couches and sleeping areas for a large group, There is a very strong dog smell when you enter through the side of the home that is disturbing the entire time and the basement could have been more thoroughly cleaned. Other than the owner having personal items everywhere: the pantry, the kitchen, closets, drawers, bathroom cabinets, etc… it was a fine home. UNTIL… We left and the homeowner made a claim we had hit a brick wall at the end of the driveway and damaged it, this absolutely did NOT happen!! No video proof, only pictures of the damage. The homeowner lives in a cul de sac that many people use daily and there were three packages delivered in the two days we were there. IF there was damage it could have been anyone that used that cul de sac at any time but they made an assumption and blamed us without any proof whatsoever!! Again- absolutely no proof!!It was disappointing given that we treated there home like our home, with full respect, and left it better than we found it. We will not be renting this home again.If you choose to rent from this owner I would be very cautious!!

Host Beware!!! This guest's response was a retaliatory response to our questioning them regarding damages to our property. After asking the guest about the damages, we dropped the persuit of our damage claim seeing we were not positive this guest had done the damages. It was after the questioning of damages, that the guest did their review. As a response to the guest review, We have 6 properties listed on multiple platforms, the number one response we continually receive is how clean our places are. This property in particular, is our primary residence one which we decided, several months ago to share the property with guest so that they could also enjoy this magnificent property. As you can see from our previous reviews, the property has been very well liked. We are extremely selective in who stays at all of our properties especially this one. We ourselves do not have pets, as a result we only select guest with pets who have multiple reviews with no negative comments about their pets to stay. In closing, come stay at one of our beautiful locations and you will see for yourself that this response/review was not warranted.
