About this property

Just went live! Brand new cabin just 8 miles from Dollywood and 18 miles from Gatlinburg!

~2,000 sq ft and sleeps up to 12 people! Plenty of space to kick back and relax in privacy. 6 HDTVs with live TV channels, arcade machine, 15-ft ceilings, outdoor swings, and firepit garden. New hot tub on back porch overlooking a beautiful tree line and spacious, family-friendly yard.

The space:
Minimum age to rent cabin: 25 years of age

This beautiful cabin is owned and managed by us – there is no middle man. When you reach out, you will be talking directly with us!

The dining area seats eight. Appliances, pots and pans, tableware and serveware, dual coffee maker, toaster, blender, and crockpot complete the open-space kitchen.

There is also an outdoor park-style charcoal grill available for your use!

✩ 2nd Floor has Four Bedrooms:
- #1 with King Bed
- #2 & #3 with Queen Bed
- #4 with Twin Bunk Bed

Additional details:
✩ CLEANING: We take cleaning and sanitizing very seriously. Our cleaners have been vetted to ensure that enhanced cleaning protocols are being performed.

✩ PARKING: Six vehicles can fit in the private driveway.

✩ ACCESS: The front door has an electronic lock. You will be provided the door code at least 48 hours before arrival.

✩ GETTING HERE: The road is paved all the way from the main road to our driveway. There are no steep roads.

✩ BABY GEAR: We have a pack n' play, high chair, and baby gate available for use. There is no crib - just one pack n' play.

✩ CHECK IN/OUT: We do not offer late check out or early check in. Late check outs without permission accrue a $50 charge every 30min.

✩ We have a strict cancellation policy; we do not offer refunds for weather, natural disasters, and power outages.

✩ Shampoo / conditioner, condiments, firewood, charcoal for grill, and coffee are not provided.

The indoor fireplace is available for use from October 1 - April 1.

Other things to note:
This is a non-smoking cabin. If you smoke inside the cabin you will be charged $500, plus the increase in cleaning fee and any damages.

Pet fee: Only dogs are allowed at this cabin by pre-approval only. We charge a $100 fee (includes tax) per dog. Dogs are not allowed on the furniture and must be house-trained. When left at the property alone, dogs must be confined (i.e. in a crate) when left at the property alone. The pet fees are due separately within 48 hours of booking.

Spring Break

The cabin was very nice and well equipped! It wasn’t too far away from Dollywood and other attractions! I will say the traffic was very heavy but I think hard should be expected!

Spring break with family

The cabin is absolutely beautiful and just as described. Our family came up for spring break and had a wonderful time. We had plenty of room. It was great for the grandkids and we loved having the baby items so we didn’t have to pack big items. The kids loved the hot tub and games. We had everything we needed for a great stay! We will definitely be back!

New Cabin with Great Amenities :)

Gorgeous, newly built cabin in a superb location! The kitchen was well stocked for making homemade meals, and the inclusion of baby essentials like the pack n’ play, high chair, and baby gates was a tremendous help for our family. The hot tub provided much-needed relaxation following a day filled with hiking and travel. A definite recommendation for anyone considering a stay here!

Relaxing Stay

An exceptional cabin with wonderful hosts! Conveniently near Pigeon Forge and Gatlinburg's main attractions yet tucked away from the traffic. The interior design is stunning, beds incredibly cozy, and check-in/out seamless. Though there's some daytime construction nearby, it didn't disrupt our peaceful and rejuvenating stay!

Clean and Comfortable!

Impeccably clean and cozy accommodation. Our family really liked the large outdoor area – a great space for our kids and furry companions. The quick and reliable internet was a remote worker's dream. Already counting down the days to our next visit!
