Beautiful welcoming house in Paradise named Naples!

Beautiful 3 bed, 2 full bath house located in Crown Point community. Spacious house has an open plan to enjoy your vacation. Our kitchen is fully stocked with cooking and serving utensils. Screened lanai is accessible from master bedroom and family/ sitting room. You can relax in heated pool and spa with pond view and beautiful sunset. There is a large flat TV in a living room and Wifi internet. Master bedroom has king size bed, private bathroom with modern shower and huge walk in closet. Second bedroom has a queen size bed and work space. Third bedroom has a bunk bed twin over full and trundle bed, as well as family games and puzzles. Second and third bedroom shares the second bathroom. The laundry has a washer and dryer as well as all the items you will need. For your comfort we provide beach/ pool towels, chairs and umbrellas for you to enjoy the beach. Our house located only two minutes to ride to shopping plaza (Publix, you have to try their selection of fresh breads and bakery, Starbucks, Mexican, Italian and Vietnam-is restaurants). 10 minutes to famous Naples 5th avenue with best restaurants and galleries, and white sanded beach. 25 minutes to Fort Myers airport. Enjoy our beautiful home!

Perfect for a relaxing get away

The accommodation was lovely. The home is newly renovated and very clean. The kitchen is equipped with everything you need and the pool had lots of floaties. Short distance to grocery stores, restaurants, downtown and the beach. Made for a very relaxing week!

This house is even better in person than the pictures show. Very clean and comfortable. Had everything we needed, including plenty of chairs and supplies for my family of five to head to the beach. We also enjoyed taking the bikes in the garage for a stroll. I do wish we had control over the thermostat. Also, the pool heater either wasn’t kept at 86 as I was told, or it isn’t big enough to keep up on the cooler nights. Overall though, it was a wonderful home in a great neighborhood, and we appreciated Elona’s availability through text.

Thank you so much for your kind feedback—we’re really glad to hear you and your family enjoyed the home, the bikes, and the neighborhood! I also wanted to clarify a couple of points. The Nest thermostat is fully available for guest use, and you are welcome to adjust it at any time during your stay for your comfort. Regarding the pool, it is set to maintain a temperature of 86°F at all times. However, when outdoor temperatures drop into the 50–65°F range, especially at night, it’s unfortunately not possible for the heater to fully maintain that temperature, and some heat loss is expected. Additionally, as noted in the pool and spa operation guide, the system cannot heat both the pool and spa at the same time. When the spa is in use and heating, the pool heating temporarily pauses, which can also contribute to temperature fluctuations. We truly appreciate your understanding and your thoughtful feedback, and we’re very glad you had an overall wonderful stay!

Incredible house and host!

Elona was an amazing host and her house is outstanding. The house is very well appointed and comfortable. Kitchen, bathrooms, linens, laundry and garage are fully stocked with the basics and then some! The pool and spa are the absolute highlight of the house, which is saying a lot given just how nice and updated the house is. We will be back!
