The Space

This spacious luxury two-bedroom, three-bath condo is located in the vibrant Centro district and offers breathtaking panoramic views of the Bay of Banderas. The building features a beautiful rooftop terrace with a sparkling pool where guests can relax and enjoy the scenery.

Imagine sipping margaritas and watching the sunset from the private terrace overlooking the ocean — it doesn’t get any better than this.

LOCATION, LOCATION, LOCATION! Just a few short blocks from the lively Malecón boardwalk, the condo is within easy walking distance of beaches, restaurants, lounges, nightlife, shopping, and art galleries. Just outside the building on Iturbide Street is a convenient location to catch a taxi or Uber, and the building elevator adds another level of convenience.

The condo is beautifully decorated with classic artwork blended with modern finishes. Each bedroom is thoughtfully appointed with a full ensuite bathroom, comfortable beds (one king and one queen), and air conditioning. The bedrooms are located on opposite sides of the condo, providing excellent privacy for guests.

The kitchen is fully equipped with high-end appliances including a full-size refrigerator, stove and oven, dishwasher, and all the cookware and kitchenware needed for preparing meals. A full-size washer and dryer are also available for guest use on a limited basis.

The condo is just a short walk from the historic
Cathedral of Our Lady of Guadalupe.
The surrounding cobblestone streets and historic architecture give the neighborhood the charm of traditional “Old Mexico” while placing you in the cultural heart of Puerto Vallarta.

Boat tours, fishing, whale watching, snorkeling, and other water activities are available nearby through local tour operators.

Breathtaking views.

This property was every thing we wanted and then some. Centrally located, easy walk to the beach, stores, shops and restaurants. The apartment was well appointed, clean and just plain lovely. The pool on the top had breathtaking views of the city and ocean. We watched whales everyday. Thank you Joseph.

We thoroughly enjoyed 1.5 weeks at this exceptional property. Just 3 blocks from the Puerto Vallarta sign on the malecon. Up close & personal views of the "crown" church, the gorgeous Centro neighborhood & sweeping bay views. Phenomenal location perched on a car-less street. Ideal location. Lovely small deck & lovelier larger balcony with comfy furniture. Elegant antiques & paintings, high-end decor, recent renovations & modern practicalities. "Magical" is a word I don't use often, but this condo experience bordered on that. Outstanding communication with owner & property manager; a delight to partner with. The clanging church bells were joyful. Colorful blooms & majestic trees surround the condo. Super-secure building. Sparkling rooftop pool, lounge chairs....with more of those sweeping views. My only wishes: filtered drinking water (or dispenser), heater in the pool & easier access to room safe. Construction next door is loud but that's a reality of PV living. My 35th yr coming to PV; and this is a top 3 property. ENJOY!
