Very kind & attentive owner manager. Great views.

Lots of space. It’s a comfortable set up. Very quiet neighborhood. Wake up to birds only. Netflix, etc for nights in. No American live TV but with an adapter we could watch PAC 12 sports on TV running it through an ipad App. No negatives here at all. Quick 5 minute taxi to Romantic Zone. I think you could even walk?

Tranquility in the hills

The condo is absolutely stunning, furnished in a quirky and bohemian vibe. We loved the open terrace format where everything is in the fresh air including our own jacuzzi. Paulina picked us up at the airport and checked us in. The neighborhood is quiet and safe, an easy 30 minute walk into the downtown area. We didn’t go to Conchas Chinas Beach as I preferred the beach clubs at Los Muertos. The pool at Montemar is a bit chilly and low number of sunny hours. We had an issue with the Wi-Fi where we were without internet for several days. Paulina worked closely to help get Telmex to restore it. Also the safe did not open when we checked in and a new one was purchased and installed quickly. Having a dedicated area to workout allowed me to eat and drink whatever I wanted, and stay on a regimen. One suggestion I have is to add a dresser and closet rod in the 3rd bedroom. Daily housekeeping with laundry service was very much appreciated. Check out was easy and painless. I would highly recommend this property.
