The Shore House is nestled just steps away from desirable 2nd st in Long Beach’s famous Belmont Shore. Put your car keys away as everything you’ll need is within walking distance. A cozy family & pet friendly Spanish inspired 3bed, 1bath front house offers fun experiences for everyone. Take an early morning stroll to one of the many coffee shops or catch the sunrise at Rosie’s dog beach with your furry friend’s. Spend the rest of the day soaking up the sun as you wander 15 blocks of shopping.

The Shore House is a remodeled 3 bedrooms and 1 full bath. There is plenty of space to spread out comfortably. Although remodeled this Spanish home still has much of its old charm including hand crafted built-ins, and beautifully worn original hardwood floors that have stories to tell.

The primary bedrooms are on the main level and feature queen beds, walk-in closets, and a full length mirror in both. The third bedroom features a twin bed and includes a desk for your home office needs. Located upstairs you will also find a pack-n-play, baby gate, toys, and books for your little ones to enjoy.

The first floor features a roomy living area with a smart TV, nap-worthy sofa and windows that fill the space with natural light. There is room for everyone to lounge together after a day at the beach or a long day shopping.

The kitchen is fully equipped with all of the appliances and amenities you’d find at home, including a coffee maker, gas stove, refrigerator with plenty of room for your vacation groceries.

The dining area features a 6-person dining table perfect for your group dinners and game nights.

The garage offers additional living space to enjoy the refreshing ocean breeze on warm summer nights. **Home is currently on the market and subject to being shown with 24hours notice.

Perfect for weekend in LB

Great little place just feet away from the main drag in Belmont Shore where you’ll find great food and shopping, and an easy walk to the beach. The Shore House was stocked with everything we needed, was super clean, and the hosts were fantastic. Plenty of room for our family of four.

Perfect location in Long Beach

We live locally but were having work done on our house. It was so easy to stay with my husband, teenage daughter, and small dog. The house was comfortable and steps from restaurants, coffee shops, shopping, and the beach.

Great Home Away from Home

We had to leave our nearby home for a few nights while construction was takin place at our house. Our whole family (kids and dogs) enjoyed this little bungalow very much. There is a bedroom upstairs with a twin bed, which our daughter loved - she said it was cozy. House was well located, clean and had everything we needed. Property manager was super responsive. Would stay there again if the need arises.

We liked the house and the location. The beds were pretty firm, which some people like. The living room furniture was clean, but not as comfortable for how much time we had to spend inside the house. The kitchen was setup nice, a few more cooking pans would be nice. Overall the place was what we needed. Just some ideas or things we experienced.

My wife and I host this home in Belmont shore. We met at Long Beach State in the Kinesiology program and fell in love with not only each other, but the city. We love everything Long Beach has to offer, including how central it is to beaches, attractions, entertainment, and adventure.

Why they chose this property

Belmont Shore is such a great neighborhood. Being involved in all there is to do on second street, while also enjoying the calm waves the beach. Perfect location for any vacation.
