Quiet Luxury in Mammoth Knolls – Perfect for Remote Work & Play
Welcome to Mammoth Property Rentals! This newly remodeled mountain cabin has all the advantages of modern living without feeling modern! With a theme from 'Not Lancasters' (if you know the story), the home sits on top of a Knoll with amazing views of the mountains and is surrounded by mature pine trees.
The home is 2000 sq feet with two car garage and can sleep up to 8. There are 3 bedrooms and 2.5 bathrooms. There bedrooms are, 1 master bedroom with a king bed and an ensuite bathroom with separate tub and shower, guest bedroom 2 has a queen bed with on ensuite bathroom with tub shower combo, the 3rd guest bedroom has two double beds with a walk in closet. There are large closets in the master and the second guest bedroom also. Each bedroom had a new Sony smart TV with remote and electric blinds.
Outside, you'll find two decks, one in the back with amazing views and one in the front where one can see neighbors walking to the knolls trail with their family and their dogs. The home is located just several blocks from Minaret Street which is the main street that goes to Mammoth Mountain main lodge. There are bus stops across from the village to take people to the mountain.
The home is a five minute walk to the village and less than 5 min walk to the Knolls trial. The village has a gondola that goes to Canyon lodge. The Village has many shops and restaurants plus bars and is a key location where many events happen! Also just steps away from the beautiful Westin hotel and the new Limelight hotel being built. The Westin has a wonderful restaurant and bar to visit.

Please note we allow up to a certain amount of heating and electrical costs per month. Breakdown as follows:
• Heating allowance $300 per month and tenant pays for excess over $300
• Electrical allowance $100 per month and tenant pays for excess over $100
