This is a nice family home. Jim showed us around when we got there. Told us to feel free to use anything. Provided towels, dishes, and bedding. The house was the perfect size for the 8 of us. We originally had 10 going and if we had everyone show up, we still could have fit them. Dining table was the perfect size to play games. Shopping was within walking distance but we drove d/t weather. Great places to eat and the community was friendly. I would recommend this home.
The stay was nice. I had originally entered the wrong number of guest to six when it was actually like 12, that was my fault. We had a gathering for my brother wedding day. It did state parties was okay in the listing. I screenshotted it.
We had brought quite a few cars and the neighbor complain that it was in their way because they kids was playing basketball. So I had my friends move the cars to a parking lot near by the place. They took photos of the aftermath and apparently the cars were still in the way even though they were all in the drive thru.
In addition, one of my guest rang the neighbors doorbell. Which if that was true, it was by accident. However, they were scared for their life because of that human mistake. Or that’s at least how the host made it seem. If someone did ring the doorbell tell your neighbor “Sorry”.
It was also a complaint about loud noise but that wasn’t true.
I gave the guy $200 dollars, so he won’t kick us out. Even that wasn’t good enough because I got harassed that whole time of how he is in trouble with his HSA and that his neighbors complained the whole night. The cops were used as a threatening tool to make us comply.
All in all the night was fun. I left the place clean and got proof of photos and videos. I wouldn’t do it again though. I think the neighborhood itself was not friendly to certain types.
The house was lovely. I would just put the kids toys up in a closest or something.
Thanks for the stay!

Daniel lied and told me he was having 6 guest and had more than 20 plus as he had a bachelor party at the house! This drew the attention of the neighbors as his guest were knocking on my neighbor's doors disturbing the neighborhood.
