This comfortable, updated condo is just a few houses from the beach and perfect for families, couples, surfers, or remote workers. With a private patio, in-unit washer/dryer, and high-speed WiFi, it’s designed for both leisure and productivity.

ACCESSIBILITY: This unit is upstairs and stair-access only. If you need a ground-level unit, please check listings 101 or 102.

CHECKIN: No need to worry about keys, as you`ll receive a unique code to access the smart lock.

PARKING: You will have two dedicated parking spaces in the front parking lot.
