This second floor condo is the perfect getaway spot for a couple or a small family. The bed is queen size and there is a queen sofa sleeper for extra sleeping space. The Florence is right on the beach so you can come and go to the condo easily. A nicely equipped kitchen has counter space and a pantry for storage. There is a slice of ocean view from the private 2nd floor balcony that faces south. The newly decorated condo is a relaxing place to wind down and adjust to island time. A beautifully tiled walk in shower has a hand held shower, and a bench. The 50" Smart TV has a Bluray. Just bring your personal items and food because the condo has everything you need for a great time at South Padre. It's a slice of heaven at a great price!
We are located toward the north part of the island between Clayton's and Wanna Wanna. Walking distance to many places but away from the noise and crowds.
The island has a free Metro bus that picks up right in front of the building and runs until 9:00 PM.

Parking: One parking permit is provided in the condo. If you have more than one vehicle and need a second pass, please request it prior to arrival so we can have it in the condo for you.
Spring Break: Spring Break age requirement is 21, everyone staying must be at least 21 unless they are with their parents. No exceptions.
Security Dates: $25 ID Wristbands are required for each guest over the age of 10 during the following times: Spring Break Texas week, Easter weekend, Samana Santa, and Independence Day Holiday weekend. Please reach out for current security dates if you are booking around these dates. This cost pays for security that is hired during these times.
