Did not receive check in code until late evening. Fortunately, the sliding door was unlocked & we were able to get in. Later on I was able to get the property manager’s code to use until we got ours much later. The lights upstairs did not work & did not get fixed. The path to the dock was steep & rough. The property hosts did bring us some wonderful cookies on the 4th which was very nice. And we loved the outdoor space on the deck. Also, the Sunshine fireworks show was awesome! Great area to stay.

Thank you for taking the time to share your experience. We sincerely apologize for the delay in receiving your check in code and for the inconvenience with the upstairs lights. That's certainly not the experience we want our guests to have, and we've shard your feedback with our team to help us improve. We're so glad you were still able to enjoy the lake views, the peaceful deck space, and the cookies! We hope to have the opportunity to welcome you back to Hamilton Cove for an even better experience.
