Very private with woods and a pond view. At the end of a cul De sac just a short walk to the driving range. Step out back to cross country ski or snow shoe.

Back faces the 18th hole of the Schuss course. Within a few miles there are 5 other very popular golf courses.

This is a great location to use as a hub and take day trips to Traverse City, Petoskey, Torch Lake or Charlevoix. Sleeping Bear Dunes makes a great day trip.

Quiet, cozy, and exactly what we wanted for a Schuss ski weekend. The condo is upscale throughout, with a beautiful renovated kitchen and a really comfortable king bed. Bathroom/Shower was modern and wonderful. We loved the private feel with the woods and pond view, plus the easy walk out setup with no stairs and parking right out front. Everything was clean and it was an easy place to unwind after skiing. We love Schuss and will absolutely book this unit again.

The condo was beautiful, completely updated with highend furnishings. It has 2 outdoor seating areas, we had coffee on the back patio, loved it. Very private as this unit is next to a wooded area. #10 tee box is adjacent, it wasn't noisy at all. This condo has everything you could need, very comfortable. Highly recommend!

Great location for a ski weekend at Schuss Mountain. Close walk to Ivan’s. The place was very clean and has all the amenities we needed for our short stay. Love the updated kitchen. Appreciate the Convection oven/microwave/air fryer. Connie is an excellent host with fast response to our questions. Will definitely visit again.

This gem was a place that had everything we needed for a 2 night stay. It was secluded and very quiet . Even seen the golfers out having a great time as we sat out back and had our morning coffee. Connie was very helpful with all questions and even checked in to make sure we made it ok .we will surely rent again 😊😊😊

Condo was very clean, well appointed and nicely modernized. The area was central to many beach towns if your willing to drive 45-60 minutes each day. We visited Petoskey, Charlevoix, Torch Lake and Elk Rapids. I will say the "resort" itself is dated and offers nothing appealing in the summer. The lodge is closed, the restaurants get poor reviews and the pool/hot tub area was pretty gross. So great condo at a good price for its proximity to Lake Michigan and the great outdoors. Easy check in, clear instructions and easy check out.

My title is "This is stupid"

The property was great! My only issue was with vrbo! Trying to get my info about the address etc. was a nightmare! It told me to go to my account but I had to have a password so I made one and it kept telling me it wasnot valid! I just made it, how could it not be valid? Then the chat bot wasn't understanding anything I was saying! O kept saying just text me the change password # but it wouldn't do it! Then it finally said it would, but it didn't ! Finallyit gave me the i fo the next day! That is the only reason I gave a 3 for check-in! The property itself was fine be lodge being closed was a let down. If your window was bigger to let me see what I am typing maybe I could say what I want to say! Nevermind! I'm over this! and it looks rather delap

CK Schuss Mountain Condo Rentals LLC has grown from one condo to now 16 condos in Schuss Village near Bellaire Michigan. Our area has something to do year around. Winter, skiing both downhill and cross country, dog sledding, tubing. Summer has endless fun things to do. Golf, boating, biking, hiking, shopping, wine tasting, canoeing and kayaking. A major attraction is Shorts Brewery in Bellaire. The quaint town of Bellaire is 6miles away. 15 minutes away you can spend the day on Torch Lake and stop at the Dockside restaurant for dinner.

Why they chose this property

We chose this condo because it is off of the main road in a quiet end unit yet close to the slopes and action of the resort. The cross country ski trail is literally out the back door. You will be a short walk to the slopes, the club house, pool, hot tub and Ivan's restaurant.

What makes this property unique

We have tried to stock this condo with as many items as we could think of to make your stay as comfortable as home. You will have TV with DVR and high speed wireless WiFi internet. A Kuerig coffee brewer, regular coffee pot, dishes, pots, pans and kitchen utensils. All linens, soaps and paper products included. Our unit is well maintained and very clean. Professionally cleaned between each guest.
