BEACHBALL PROPERTIES VACATION RENTAL POLICIES:
RENTAL AGREEMENT: Tenant Vacation Rental Agreement must be electronically signed to secure your reservation. Please read carefully. This is a legally binding document.
NO SMOKING: All properties are non-smoking.
AGE RESTRICTION: Must be at least 25 years older to book a BEACHBALL PROPERTIES vacation rental. A person 25 years or older must be staying at the property for the entire duration of the booking. There will be no refunds issued for anyone booking under false pretenses.
CHECK-IN: Check-in is at 4PM. Early check-in is not possible, sorry but no exceptions.
CHECK-OUT: Check-out is at 10AM. Check out after 10AM will be charged an additional day.
MONTHLY/SNOWBIRD RENTALS: Available from November through February. Call to ask about monthly rates.
PARKING PASSES: 2 - The cost of parking passes is set by each Homeowner s Association and is subject to change at any time without notice. U-hauls, trailers, boats, jet skis, buses, etc. are not allowed on property.
CANCELLATION POLICY RELAXED: Guests who cancel at least 30 days before check-in shall receive a 100% refund of the amount they have paid. For cancellations between 14 and 30 days before check-in, 50% of the total reservation costs shall be refunded. For cancellations made less than 14 days prior to the beginning date of the reservation, NO REFUNDS will be issued. Refunds shall not be issued for late arrivals, early departures, or inclement weather conditions including hurricanes and named storms. We do offer optional travel insurance which we highly encourage all guests to purchase.
WHAT YOU SHOULD BRING: Guests receive a starter pack of laundry detergent, dish washing detergent, one trash bag per trash can, and travel-sized shampoo, conditioner, and soap per bathroom. Starter supplies are not intended to last for the duration of your stay. Linens are furnished but please bring your own beach towels.

We stayed for spring break and could not ask for a better location. The condo had everything we needed and amazing views! Will for sure be coming back!

Extremely beautiful condo with amazing views, and close to everything that you could want to do. This is the only place we'll stay.
Property had construction going on. We couldn't use the balcony. Had nets which was a problem for severall days. However it was a goid stay

We loved our stay in this unit. It was beautiful and stocked very well. Our family loved being able to spend time together. Grandparents, aunt & uncle, and mom, dad and the kids! Our only complaint about this trip was with the elevators in the building. They were not working properly when we arrived and quit working a few days later with no communication (signs, text) from Beach Ball Properties. We had to go down stairs from the 19th story with all of our beach gear. After calling we couldn’t get a clear answer of when the elevators would be working again. That was highly inconvenient.
Stayed several times at this unit. New owner. There were issues with the ice makers, no washcloths and a small BBQ pit on the balcony that we could not use because it was locked and after calling found out it was for the owners to use. Good stay overall.

Exactly what we wanted!
Our "gathered" family (coming from Indiana, Maine, Florida and Mississippi) met at Colonnades 1902 and it was perfect!! Three bedrooms with each having their own bathroom was a plus! A large balcony and large windows that allowed us to enjoy amazing views of the water ... and a lovely full moon during our time there! Every small appliance you could think of in the kitchen and fully stocked kitchen (pans and dishes). A coffee maker with a small collection of coffee, sugar and creamer (not any cooking seasoning though). A nice laundry room! And the Beachball property management team were very responsive in any of my messages! Not only responsive, but wonderfully pleasant! The condo was clean and well presented. The complex was not busy when we were there, but what we saw was a safe and quiet environment. Each condo we walked / drove by had security and ours were very friendly. Although I said security, it felt like a very safe area. Many places to eat and the usual beach shopping with an amazing and active outlet mall in Foley, AL (about 20 minutes drive and which we visited twice!). We made a lot of family core memories at Colonnades 1902!
