Turquoise place is the premier resort on the Gulf Coast. Amenities include a lazy river, tennis courts, 2 huge outdoor pools, 2 indoor pools, hot tub, steam room, sauna, complete fitness center, and outdoor playground for the little ones.

Our beautiful 19th floor unit has breathtaking views of the gulf and down the beach. Enjoy the views while grilling on your private gas grill on the balcony or relaxing in your private hot tub. Because of where our unit is located, you will have complete privacy while lounging in the hot tub. Our unit has a Keurig for your morning coffee enjoyment.

**Please note parking is not included in pricing and is a one-time $50 per vehicle for the the first two vehicles. This is payable to Turquoise Place in advance of your arrival. If you will be traveling with more than 2 vehicles please inquire about options for parking a third vehicle**

Minimum age to rent our unit is 25 and there must be a guest 25 or older staying in the unit for the entire reservation.

**Please note that we cannot accommodate check out dates on the following holidays: Easter, Thanksgiving Day and Christmas Day**

Our calendar is kept up to date, so please check there for availability. Our rates are also listed on the site.

Our unit also includes:

King beds in 2 bedrooms, 2 full beds in the 3rd and a pullout sleeper in the den.

Master bedroom has balcony access.

Each bedroom has its own bathroom. Half bath in the hallway.

Wet bar includes a wine refrigerator and ice machine.

The balcony door did not lock, and repair people came in to fix it while we were in the room. The washing machine did not work. One toilet did not work. Half the trip was spent contacting the hosts and taking videos of what was broken.

Hi, Lauren. Thank you so much for taking the time to review your stay. I'm confused by your complaint that the lock repair people came in to fix the lock while you were in the condo since you demanded it be resolved or you would be leaving. How else should we have handled the situation? We had the lock fixed same day. As for the washer and toilet, I apologize that these issues were discovered during your stay. We had two guests back to back prior to your reservation none of which mentioned any of the issues you had. We are not able to fix issues we do not know about, so while I am truly sorry they were discovered during your stay you also requested we not send anyone to fix while you were there. And while I am sorry that the hall half bath had an issue flushing on your last day, again you did not want anything fixed, not to mention there are 3 other toilets in the condo. I'm sorry that you felt these issues created a one star experience. We do our very best to make things right but when we are not allowed to do so it does not feel right or fair to be penalized when we could have easily resolved the issues and did so immediately following your departure Hopefully there was some aspect of your beach trip that you enjoyed. Thank you again for being our guest. Take care.

My family and I enjoyed our week at Turquoise Place. My teens loved all of the pools! We loved the lazy river at night with the lights! I wish the restaurant/bar stayed open later than 8pm. We also prefer wristbands vs room keys that get lost. Overall a great place to stay!

Absolutely awesome. The unit was clean, spacious and had a great view of the beach. The sand and beach was perfect. One thing to keep in mind is the check in could be hectic. Take early check in if possible, if not wait till later in the evening. Communication and response time with our host was top notch. Thanks Kate!

This is by far the best stay we have had in the 13 years we have visited. The room and facilities were top notch. The few minor we issues we had were taken care of immediately. None of us wanted to leave.
