About this property

Turquoise Place is the BEST place in Orange Beach!

This property in the C tower on the 19th floor. We do have a second condo in the C tower on the 17th floor (VRBO listing 413044)

Turquoise place is the premier resort on the Gulf Coast. Amenities include a lazy river, tennis/pickleball courts, 2 huge outdoor pools, 2 indoor pools, hot tub, steam room, sauna, complete fitness center, and outdoor playground for the little ones. Newest additions: Outdoor water slide; putting green; corn hole!

Our beautiful 19th floor unit has breathtaking views of the gulf and down the beach. Enjoy the views while grilling on your private gas grill on the balcony or relaxing in your private hot tub. Because of where our unit is located, you will have complete privacy while lounging in the hot tub. Our unit has a Keurig for your morning coffee enjoyment.

**Please note parking is not included in pricing and is a one-time $51.75 per vehicle (flat rate) for the the first two vehicles. This is payable to Turquoise Place in advance of your arrival. A third parking pass may be purchased at a DAILY rate of $31.05.

Minimum age to rent our unit is 25 and there must be a guest 25 or older staying in the unit for the entire reservation.

**Please note that we cannot accommodate check out dates on the following holidays: Easter, Thanksgiving Day and Christmas Day**

Our calendar is kept up to date, so please check there for availability. Our rates are also listed on the site.

Our unit also includes:

King beds in 2 bedrooms, 2 full beds in the 3rd and a pullout sleeper in the den.

Master bedroom has balcony access.

Each bedroom has its own bathroom. Half bath in the hallway.

Wet bar includes a wine refrigerator and ice machine.

Great place with with nice balcony/views, at least 5 pools, two indoors with jacuzi area, nice beach (and they keep it clear of seaweed)! Eight elevators in both towers that makes verticle travel easy. Remember, you are renting from individual owners (not a hotel or resort), so all units can differ, though I assume slightly. We had a unit for ten people (only nine) and paid dearly, but no bedsheets and pillow cases were provided for number eight and nine. They are nine and 14, so slept in living room, and we pulled the day bed out of master so we could manage. Want to cook inside, check the condition of skillets. Our teflon pans were toast, yet we had to cook nonetheless. Ice is plentiful, a/c great, time spent was great. Refrigerator/freezer was massive, ice machine inside (nice), and everything worked. Master shower controls.... geeeez, need a PHD to use! Got sprayed in face everytime I "tried" to turn shower on! Lol.. A great place and we enjoyed, but we prefer the caribbean islands, less pricey (even for 5 star all-inclusive resorts), and far better water. And the price? I will keep that private, but our favorite spot that is all inclusive is waaaay more affordable than the Emerald Isle.

My family and I enjoyed our week at Turquoise Place. My teens loved all of the pools! We loved the lazy river at night with the lights! I wish the restaurant/bar stayed open later than 8pm. We also prefer wristbands vs room keys that get lost. Overall a great place to stay!
