Clean, great communication from hosts. We had some issues with lights and tub not working quite right but our hosts communicated and acted promptly to get those things taken care of and were gracious enough to compensate for the inconvenience. They also mailed us an item that we left behind. Satisfied with our stay and service, would stay again and would recommend!
Unit was better than advertised! Spotlessly clean, private and supplied with everything imaginable that you would need as a guest. We particularly liked the beach accessories- chairs, large towels and snorkel equipment. Would highly recommend this property and if ever in Hawaii again, would definitely stay here.

The condo was exactly as described on the listing - the communication with owner was easy and they were very responsive. We had no issues during our stay. The location is great and having access to the private beach club was amazing - the beach is small but the water is very protected and ideal for small children, the vibe is resort beach as there is a restaurant available to order food and drink from while enoying the beach.
Beautiful neighborhood, walking distance to Fairmont Orchid
Really nice property and great amenities included during our stay on Kona. This was a perfect location and a modest price in Waikoloa since we were attending an event at the Fairmont Orchid and could walk there easily.
Amazing property with all the amenities you could think of. Kitchen was well stocked with top of the line utensils and cookware. Quiet, clean and easy to enjoy the beautiful surroundings.
Nice condo in good condition met all our needs and was as advertised. When needed to contact property manager was readily available and helpful. Recommended!
Wonderful trip. Great location, close to The Shops and Beach club. The unit had all the amenities and comfort anyone would need. My husband thoroughly enjoyed using the gym. Both pools were nice and the landscape well maintained. Having the beach chairs and umbrella were a plus especially for our visits to Hapuna Beack.
