Bright basement guest suite with huge fully equipped kitchen. Private & quiet rural farm stay with horses. Learn about the herd with an hour meet and greet hosted by Lorna. Take a stroll on the property before heading 15 minutes into Kingston for some shopping. Enjoy the fire pit and private outdoor bar area at night before turning in for a quiet nights sleep. Owners live upstairs and are home when guests stay, so we are always available if there is anything at all you may need.

Wonderful stay on a horse farm.

Gorgeous property very close to Kingston, with views of pastures and forest. The suite is modern and beautifully furnished, with all the bells and whistles. I loved meeting the horses and having conversations with Lorna, the owner. I will definitely go back.

Perfect!

Over the years we've stayed at dozens of properties across North America and this has been our favorite! From the warm welcome, gorgeous property, beautiful interiror, and of course the animals, our stay was amazing! Lorna and Tim are incredibly nice and made us feel at home for our stay.
