Hi I appreciate your review. There is a new toilet in the bathroom. It will be a while before I can take out the older shower bathtub; but, it works well at this time.

Did not use pool, were surprised that bed was not a queen size and TV stations were limited.
Stayed 1 night in Apr 2026
Response from VrboOwner on 13 Apr 2026
The bed is a queen size bed that we purchased through Amazon. I am not sure why you would have thought otherwise. Pool could have been used; and the information notes the tv stations are over the air as well as the ability to use apps which include Netflix and Amazon. Had you communicated with me about your comments, I would have helped you to access anything you thought you may have been missing. I also opened the room early so that you could place your luggage in before normal check in time.

Host is lovely and property fit our needs

We needed a place to stay over for 1 night to break up a long drive. Ann, the host was very kind and communicative. It was very affordable and clean. Not luxurious, but we were not looking for that. It had everything we needed.

Cheers to Comfy Corner

Great name for a cute place. It was clean and comfortable. My husband loved the rocker. Better and roomier than a night in a hotel. Owner was easy to contact and kept us informed throughout the process. Would certainly recommend.

Good place

This was a business trip where I needed to keep my expenses down. It is located in a great place. The surroundings are quiet and beautiful. Close to New Bern and Oriental where I was quite a bit. It was clean and the bed was good.
