River Retreat Condo: serenity with great view of Neuse River!

Fairfield Harbour condo that overlooks the Neuse River and has easy access to Historic New Bern. Experience a wide array of attractions such as our colonial history and North Carolina's first capital at Tryon Palace; the birthplace of Pepsi Cola; Civil War Battlefields; museums; eclectic downtown New Bern shops and many savory restaurants. Fairfield Harbour is close enough to be convenient, but quiet enough to be restful.

The condo has a well stocked kitchen with everything you need for a quick snack or elaborate dinner. Two bedrooms and two baths are separated and offer lots of privacy, making this an ideal location for families or couples traveling together. Master bath has walk in shower, second bathroom has deep full size tub. The Roku television with a sound bar (don't forget your personal streaming passwords for services such as Netflix, Hulu, etc) and a voice activated Amazon Echo (Alexa) for all the news, sports, music, recipes, and anything else you ask. Walkable to the marina and kayak rental. Access to the community recreation is center included with your stay, including indoor and outdoor pools, a fitness center, mini golf, basketball courts and more. Check the current listings in the rec center for water aerobics, yoga classes, ice cream socials and other family activities.

It was a nice place to away fir a couple of days. Would of liked a little closer to pool to be able to walk but fir my friend it was a little far. But it was nice and peaceful

I'm sorry you found the pool a bit far to walk there. It is 4/10 of a mile from the condo to the rec center, which is typically a few minutes to walk or a very short drive. I hope you'll come stay with us again!

We had a fantastic weekend at this condo! It has a beautiful view of the Neuse River from the decks and with the channel to the Marina. Watching boats come in & out was entertaining. It is a quick drive to New Bern where we spent much of Saturday, The marina at Fairfield Harbor was nice to walk around and the pool / community area was great. The condo was clean and well stocked and I hope to return!

A beautiful condo

I stayed at Dawns beautiful condo for 2 weeks! What a gorgeous place! It is serene and the views of the marsh are wonderful. The condo was clean and had anything I might have needed. The check in and check out were seamless and Dawn was a wonderful host! I will definitely be back to visit!!
