Located in Bidadari, close to the center of Seminyak, the villa Jonas is a newly built spacious and modern tropical style one bedroom villa which consists of a nice central 7m x3m swimming pool surrounded by a large air-conditioned bedroom and a beautiful living room widely opened onto the garden and the pool. If you are looking for some romantic holidays in Bali, you will enjoy the villa Jonas.

Located in Bidadari , a secluded and quiet part of Seminyak which center is renowned for its many international restaurants, bars, nightclubs and designer boutiques, Villa Jonas is an oasis of calm conveniently located less than 700 metres from the main streets of Seminyak .
Seminyak Beach and its famous restaurants such as Ku De Ta, La Lucciola and Potato head is less than 5 minutes by car or scooter
The villa is also located 700 meters from the famous Dining Street, (Jalan Oberoi)
15 km from the Ngurah Rai International Airport
Just 10 minutes from the beaches of Double Six, Seminyak, Batubelig or Petitenguet

Distribution:

Villa Jonas, just newly built in 2013 on 2,5 aras plot, consists of a 100m2 building L shaped around a large 8m x3m blue central swimming pool.
The American style kitchen is fully equipped; it is very functional and overlooks a large living and dining areas widely opened onto the garden and the pool.

The bedroom is spacious, approximately 20m2, it has air conditioning, a king size bed, flat screen cabled TV (international channels), safety box, large closets, large slidding doors with blackout curtains overlooking the pool, and a splendid semi-open bathroom with shower and large bath tub

House staff:
• A Maid part-time (she can do the grocery and prepare breakfast)
• Garden and pool maintenance are performed regularly

Schöne ruhige Villa

Wir haben 16 Tage in Villa Jonas verbracht. Das Personal ist sehr zuvorkommend, die Villa sehr sauber. 24h Security. Das offene Badezimmer ist traumhaft, man muss sich jedoch auf tierischen Besuch einstellen :) Im Voraus hatten wir den Preis für einen privaten Fahrer angefragt, der uns mit 300.000 IDR für Auto und Fahrer pro Tag genannt wurde. Die Fahrer, die uns von der Villa aus vermittelt wurden, haben jedoch 650.000 IDR pro Tag genommen. Der Rücktransport zum Flughafen ist nicht inklusive und kostet ca. 150.000 IDR. Alles in Allem waren wir rundum zufrieden und würden die Villa jederzeit wieder mieten.

Excellent villa, Excellent location loved every minute of our stay!! We will be back!

We stayed at Villa Jonas for 2 weeks and loved every minute. The villa has plenty of room and excellent facilities the photographs do not do it justice! It is around a 10minute walk into Seminyak centre and has a shop less than 200metres away for any essentials. Seminyak itself is very busy with mopeds & traffic everywhere but the restaurants were great - especially Sardine expect to pay some cash tho!! £££ Made came to collect us from the Airport and became our "private driver" for the duration of our stay - just to let people know we did find him more expensive than the Bluebird Taxis but he is there whenever you need him! We organised a Trip to Mount Batur with Made - price was 60 Australian Dollars each - all in or so we thought - when we got back to the villa the "taxi ride" with Made was not included so it cost another 600.000 rupiah! Be warned!! All in all a very pleasant stay at Villa Jonas it has everything you will need!
