We absolutely love this home. It holds so much history which means a lot to us. We spoke to the property manager and the owners, both of whom are very nice and helpful! We will definitely stay again💜
We stayed here for the weekend while we were in town for a wedding. We loved the outdoor area and hung out by the fire in the evening. We had plenty of room for several families and we loved the extra beds (even our children under 7 had beds). Downtown Waynesboro was very close as was a park our kids could play in by a river.
We were gathered to celebrate the life of a
loved one who had recently passed away. The house had a great living room for a arge gathering and a large dining table adjacent. It was perfect for our group. Plenty of sleeping accommodations and very comfortable.

Relaxing weekend away
If you're looking for a "comfortable" getaway - you couldn't ask for better accommodations. This 4 bedroom house has plenty of sleeping, dining, and relaxation space. You can easily accomodate 2-3 families here under one roof. Love the fire pit and the outdoor patio. The house is located in a great area - an easy 5 min drive to downtown and very close to the golf course. We are already making plans to come back
Our daughter graduated from Western Carolina University. It was a perfect place for our group of 11 to stay comfortably . The property owners were very easy to deal with. They respond very quickly! The area is very quiet! The table was so great for family games. Great memories were made!!
This house was big n cozy with enough room for a big family. The fire put was the best part! There is a little bit of something to keep everyone entertained, we loved the ping pong table. Two minutes from starbucks, this place is conveniently located close to all necessities. I Highly recommend!

A beautiful and relaxing home, great for family time!
My family and I rented this home to come to NC and celebrate my sister's 40th birthday, and really, we could not have asked for more. The owner was so easy to work with in our needs that it kind of felt like we were staying with family. We only had one issue with the house that the owner gave us advanced notice on, and we were able to work around it with little issue. When life gives you lemons, and you have a house furnished with water and sugar, you make that lemonade and enjoy with your family! We will most certainly be coming back, and look forward to using this lovely home in the future! Thank you again for a wonderful stay!
My entire family of 9 loved being staying in your home! We truly felt like we were staying at a “friends house”! The house was so clean and the beds so comfortable and there were plenty for our large family! The fire pit was enjoyed as well as the ping pong table! Loved our stay!
This is our third stay at this property, with our extended family. We consist of my wife and I, 4 of our children 14-21, grandparents, an aunt and a cousin. It
We had a very enjoyable stay over the memorial day weekend. Cathy was great with answering any questions during our stay. The house itself is very spacious and is tucked away in a very quiet neighborhood. In summary, would not mind coming back to this place again....
I was on vacation with my adult children. There was more than enough space for the nine of us. There were also two living areas so my college age son could play his video games downstairs while we watched movies upstairs. However, my favorite was the giant table. All of us could sit and play games together. Also - the town was close for restaurants and shopping. And - Cataloochie was close by so my kids could ski.
After our other VRBO fell through and wasn’t as advertised, I messaged Cathy to see if her home was available for the weekend! She promptly messaged back and said we could check in right away and even gave us a free night since VRBO wouldn’t let us book same day. The home was perfect for my family as we were in town for a wedding. There were plenty of beds and places to congregate in the spacious living room. The house is conveniently located to the cute Main Street which we visited twice. Our favorite part was hanging out by the fire pit! We will definitely book again for another large group if we are up that way!
Had a very special weekend there !! There was a dozen of us and 1 small child and 2 dogs what a crew ! And what a great weekend !! my parents share the same birthday so we had a big birthday party for my mom and dad. I would go and stay there again the place is beautiful and the host was wonderful and there was everything we needed. I hope to go back !!!
Lovely home nestled in the mountains of Waynesville, NC. This home is spacious and full of charm. The perfect getaway for family and friends. Five stars without a doubt and we will definitely be back. Thank you for sharing your home with us!!
We had a wonderful time, house is beautiful with lots of space. We had 8 people and a dog and had plenty of room. Would love to visit again! The owner kept in contact with us when we needed something. We was on motorcycles and got there after dark. (Was not a pleasant experience) Do not follow GPS, it takes you up a God awful hill that is not motorcycle friendly expecially with a trailer. The women walked and they almost had to bury us. Lol There is a much better way once you know how to get around. The neighbors are excellent as well. Love the location! Thank you so much for sharing your home with us. Tammy from Ohio
Three generations gathered to attend a cousin's wedding a few miles away. Lots of space. Variety of sleeping options. Very helpful and accommodating hostess.
