Bring the whole family or group of friends to this beautiful two-story home in Decatur/Atlanta. With hardwood floors, oversized rooms, and an open floor plan, there’s plenty of space to relax and enjoy time together.

The star of the home is the chef’s kitchen and dining area: two professional ovens, a wet bar, formal dining for 8, bar seating for 6, and a breakfast table for 4. Perfect for hosting meals and gatherings.

Upstairs, three large bedrooms offer generous closets, and the master suite features a king bed, spa-like bathroom, and soaking tub. Additional bedrooms include two with queen beds and one with two twins—most with Smart TVs.

The living room is designed for connection, with comfortable seating, a 55” Smart TV, and even a vinyl collection with a record player.

Step outside to the front and back porches with plenty of seating—ideal for enjoying Atlanta’s mild weather with morning coffee or an evening drink.

Parking is easy with a private driveway for up to 6 cars plus free street parking.

Guests have full access to the home except the basement and garage carriage house. Need more room? The separate 1-bedroom carriage house and/or the basement apartment can be rented for an additional fee.

Spacious, beautiful neighborhood

Our group had 2 adults and 4 teens. This was a great house for everyone to hang out and be together when we wanted to be but, then go upstairs to separate bedrooms if we wanted to spread out. Parking in back was a little tight but we only had one van so it was fine. Great communication w/ property manager. Fully stocked kitchen - even had spices, oil, sugar etc. we would totally stay here again.

I’m a proud University of Georgia grad (Go Dawgs!!!) and also studied Finance and Accounting at the University of Virginia. After school, I moved to Atlanta and worked in finance for several years before discovering my true passion: hosting.

I started back in 2015 by renting out a spare bedroom, which quickly grew into remodeling a basement and eventually helping friends and family design their own vacation homes. What began as a side project turned into Host This Home in 2018, where I now get to focus full-time on creating comfortable, memorable spaces for travelers.

I also serve as Treasurer for the Atlanta Metro Short-Term Rental Association, where I work with other hosts to keep Atlanta’s short-term rental community strong and welcoming.

When you stay with me, my goal is simple: to make you feel right at home while enjoying everything our city has to offer.

We love this neighborhood for its perfect balance of convenience and charm. Located in Decatur, just minutes from downtown Atlanta, guests can easily access Emory, the BeltLine, and all the restaurants, shops, and cultural attractions the city has to offer. At the same time, the tree-lined streets and welcoming community give it a relaxing, residential feel. It’s a great place to come back to after a day of exploring—quiet enough to unwind, yet close to everything.

This home was designed for gathering and entertaining, with a standout kitchen and dining area featuring two professional ovens, a wet bar, and multiple dining spaces. The open floor plan, hardwood floors, and oversized rooms create a warm, inviting atmosphere, while the large front and back porches make it easy to enjoy Atlanta’s beautiful weather year-round. Guests especially love the record player and vinyl collection, the spacious bedrooms with walk-in closets, and the convenience of ample parking for large groups.
