The outdoor pool area includes a 55 inch TV, outdoor shower, full kitchen with pellet ice maker and charcoal grill. Enjoy views of Kiva Dunes Golf Course and the Gulf of Mexico from the 3rd floor main living area. The beach boardwalk is a just short walk away, so you will create many memories in this luxury home with 2 master suites and all it's comforts. THE POOL DOES NOT HAVE A HEATER OR A HOT TUB!
