Spectacular views and blazing sunsets encompass this large waterside home. Best spot for watching fireworks! Hardwood floors and sunny rooms welcome you to your dream vacation. Most the windows offer beautiful water views stretching all the way to Martha's
Vineyard. Walk to Bristol, Falmouth Heights Beaches and restaurants. Enjoy morning coffee on the waterside deck with the swans of Little Pond. Kayaks and waterfowl are fun to watch. In the evening relax with a family BBQ and watch the sun slip away on another perfect Cape Cod day. New kitchen with new appliances. The deck is right by the water, about 50 feet from Little Pond. There is wireless internet access as well as 4 cable TVS. A large kid's room with cable and 4 beds. Beautiful new billiard table with water views. Beds have lots of comforters, quilts. Lots of extra dishes, pots and pans, including a lobster pot, and all types of glassware. Our street dead ends at the water so it is very quiet and peaceful

Great space, beautiful location.

I stayed here with a group of friends/couples and we had a fantastic time. The pictures don't do it justice! The paddle boards and kayaks were a pleasant surprise. There was plenty of space and the house was well stocked. It was walking to beaches and the ferry terminal to Martha's Vineyard. Mary was very responsive, would stay here again!

Outstanding family vacation spot.

Unanimous consensus of our family get together week was that this is the best house we have rented and was perfect for our group. Bristol Beach is an easy walk or shuttle, Little Pond gave us lots to do, and the outdoor patio/yard space was terrific for kids and adults. Owners are friendly and responsive . On the whole an A+ experience.

Great location, awesome backyard, all amenities.

We stayed here with my extended family for a week. We had 6 children ages 9-14. They loved climbing the awesome tree in the backyard and playing games in the yard. We also launched our kayak into Little Pond right from the yard. The house had everything we needed for cooking inside and out. The firepit was great at night. The beach is less than a 10 minute walk. It's a beach with calm water. We would have liked a bit waves for boogie boarding, which is hard to find in this area of the Cape. Overall,we were very happy with the house. Overall, our party of 12 was able to spread out and have space. The kids loved the poker table in the den. We liked having a kid and adult area for relaxing/TV, etc. Our only wishes is that we had a beach sticker to easily explore other beaches.
