Enjoy PCB's Emerald Waters with family and friends in this newly renovated studio condo in Panama City Beach, FL. Explore the community on the GOLF CART provided with your stay. You will have access to 11 POOLS (5 heated seasonally), 4 tennis courts, an 18-hole mini golf course, 2 playgrounds, shuffleboard, fitness center and a beachfront beach house/snack bar with a pool. Everything you need in one cozy space! Convenient to shopping, entertainment and restaurants.

The community is located across the street from the beach. The walk from the doorstep of the condo to the beach is approximately 8 minutes. You may also drive the provided golf cart to the designated "cart parking lot" located near the crosswalk.

We had a great time at this condo. Very convenient location with tons near by. The neighborhood offered a lot of amenities, including a golf cart that was nice to drive to the beach. We would come back. I do think the floor of the condo floor could have been cleaner. The only issue we ran into was checking in and getting in the gate due to the agent not knowing we were coming that day. After getting in contact with her, she was super quick to send everything over so we could get in.

Great little spot for a quick family vacation!!!

We came down for my son's baseball tournament and this location was close to the fields, the beach, pier park shopping mall, wal-mart, target and many different food and snack locations. The facility is big and has many different things to do. We were able to play putt-putt, tennis, swim in our choice of multiple pools throughout the gates community. Perfect to get your steps in and feel safe anytime. People throughout the complex waved and said hi as we would drive by in the golf cart that was provided. we pretty much drove that around within the gates on our free time and to get to the different activities and pools. The security guards were nice to help with a car passes and to find the location. The best thing was there was no hidden fees for the car pass or to use the golf cart or to use their sporting equipment provided. I've stayed at another location near by before here and they didn't tell you there was a car pass fee and a wrist band fee and even had a big non-refundable fee to "insure" me to drive their golf cart. This stay was fun and hassle free and Alexcia was quick to reply and happy to help if I had a question in the morning about checking in or when I asked about charging the golf cart late at night. This wasn't a huge concern but I am 5'10 265 pounds so I felt like the shower was alittle small for me but my son is 5"6 160 and he didnt seem to have a problem. We had a great time and felt safe and we are already planning on returning with my daughter soon.

I absolutely LOVE the Emerald Coast! PCB is my favorite city on the Florida coast because of the beautiful water, entertainment attractions, dining and shopping. I did not grow up near a large body of water; however, my parents would take us to the beach when they could afford to do so. We always visited a town on the Gulf of Mexico; however, the water appeared to be brown. I was so in awe with the Emerald Coast because you do not have to visit an island in a different country to see beautiful water. I hope you enjoy PCB as much as I do!

I believe sharing an open cozy space with family and friends promotes spending quality time with one another. "Dreaming of Emerald Waters" has everything you need in one space including a full kitchen. The amenities are nearby; however, a Golf Cart is included for your convenience.
