Welcome to Powder Palace, a charming three-level, 4 Bedroom/3Bathroom home nestled in the heart of Park City's scenic Old Town landscapes. This inviting residence is a haven for those seeking an immersive mountain experience, offering convenient access to a plethora of activities throughout the year. Situated a mere 60 yards from the Park City Mountain Resort's Quit'n Time ski run, it provides almost ski-in/ski-out access when weather permits, and an easy, flat walk to the slopes otherwise. In warmer months, the home's prime mountain location is perfect for hiking and other summer outdoor activities, ensuring enjoyment all year round.

Family Fun in Park City

Beautiful home near Downtown Park City

We really enjoyed the location of this property …Easy access to lifts and Main Street shopping and restaurants. The home was lovely and easily accommodated 9 of us. We cooked most days and appreciated the well stocked kitchen. The hot tub and sauna and cozy fireplace were especially enjoyed!

Comfy Cottage Retreat

This was a great place for a group ski-weekend. Walkable to downtown and walkable to the town lift. Amenities were better than advertised and the hosts were super responsive to any questions. Usually responding in a minute or two. I would stay here again.
